Item A expansão urbana de Goiânia e instrumentos de gestão: um enfoque sobre a região sudeste(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2015-08-21) Brito, Lorena Cavalcante; Kneib, Erika Cristine; http://buscatextual.cnpq.br/buscatextual/visualizacv.do?id=K4735551Y9; Barreira, Celene Cunha Monteiro Antunes; http://buscatextual.cnpq.br/buscatextual/visualizacv.do?id=K4784247D6; Barreira, Celene Cunha Monteiro Antunes; Kneib, Erika Cristine; Oliveira, Adriana Mara Vaz de; Nucada, Miraci KuramotoThis paper discusses the process of urban expansion of Goiânia, under the bias of management tools, from a case study applied to the southeast of the capital. The impacts suffered are analyzed for this region, due to the city metropolization process by conurbation with neighboring municipalities and simultaneously the process of abandonment of the central areas, by the elite. The period studied, the start of structuring the region to the present day (1950-2015), is marked by several phases that sometimes exemplify the history of expansion of Goiânia. It presents reflections on: the role of management tools in the city's expansion preocess, the spatial process and the action of cosial agents producers of the city. It was noticed a pattern of ocupation in the southeast, whose approach was made possible by the application of analytical methodology based on PANERAI (2015), classifying the types of occupation found. The clipping possible to understand the southeast as a whole as well as the current trend of urban expansion undergone by the state of Goiás capital.Item As margens do rio no desenvolvimento de Goiânia: Meia Ponte, paisagens em transformação(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2015-08-25) Sakai, Diogo Isao Santos; Frota, José Artur D'Alo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1237827122654831; Frota, José Artur D'Aló; Ribeiro, Maria Eliana Jubé; Costa, Lucia Maria Sá AntunesAssessing the landscape of rivers in cities is the subject of this work, considering that, in most cases, banks and courses are transformed over time by the action of uses and harmful occupations, sublimating their identity and resulting in "residual space", according to Ferrara (2000). The degrading condition of urban fountains, at first glance, suggests the strangeness of landscape study, but imposes itself as one of the factors that required the extension of the term in contemporary (Cauquelin, 2007). The aesthetic perception becomes important from the relative seriousness of environmental issues in view of the progressive spatial degradation of streams, ponds, swamps, springs, beaches and rivers, for example, the Meia Ponte river route in Goiania. In the city, among the 85 water bodies that drain the territory of the metropolitan region there are only two rivers being one of them being the Meia Ponte, having their margins hit by high pollution levels(ANA, 2012). Even if in the past the fountain has represented reason for choosing the territory of the new capital Goias and subsequently their planning has been based on idealism preservationist system of green areas proposed by planners Attilio Corrêa Lima and Armando de Godoi (RIBEIRO, 2010), even bitterness titles as the seventh most corrupt spring of Brazil (ANA, 2011). The spatial perceptions, combined with the subsistence needs, possibly led man to elect the proximity to waterways one of the factors responsible for its fixation in the territory. Ironically, these days, this one is the reason for their estrangement. The different behaviors regarding the use of riverbanks express representing relationships in the social context of the place, acting decisively in the potentiation or limitation of its resources.Item As representações sociais do progresso. Uma perspectiva a partir da chegada da estrada de ferro em Anápolis, GO(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2015-08-27) Vargas, Lucas Gabriel Corrêa; Mello, Márcia Metran de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4684676783995945; Mello, Márcia Metran de; Caixeta, Eline Maria Moura Pereira; Valva, Milena D'ayalaThe process and construction of the social representation of the progress in Anápolis, comes after the analysis of the changes that the city passed from the arrival of the railroad Goiás (EFG) in 1935. From the perspective of representations it is essential to understand, within the stages of objectification process, the participation of the elements that made up the reality of the time and that contributed to the transformation. The historical context is present in the first phase, presenting records from the beginning of the occupation, in the early nineteenth century to the mid-twentieth century, characterizing the historical moments, the nature of immigrants who have contributed to the formation of the commercial role and the presence of rail transport. In the second phase of objectification, the structuring of the figurative core is analyzed from the presentation of railway history in Brazil, EFG and publications in the newspapers of the city, whose favorable advertising temporarily subsidized the social representation of the railroad progress. And the third phase, the naturalization is analyzed and sustained by innovations in architecture that reinforced the concept that progress would be present in everyday life, observing finally that the social representation of progress was not maintained active, because from the point of view of the railway was built only loosely image, unlike other representations that persist to the present day.Item Avenida Goiás: lugar, monumento e memória(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2015-08-28) Oliveira, Irina Alencar de; Oliveira, Adriana Mara Vaz de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6774803204502154; Oliveira, Adriana Mara Vaz de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6774803204502154; Boaventura, Deusa Maria Rodrigues; Mello, Márcia Metran; Caixeta, Eline Maria Moura PereiraIt is proposed to research the urban permanences verified in the initial core of Goiânia, as from Goiás Avenue, its most symbolic and expressive stretch. It starts with the analysis of the political discourse disseminated by Pedro Ludovico Teixeira, in favor of moving the capital to a place better adjusted to his political interests, after the triumph of the Brazilian Revolution of 1930. Therefore, he builds powerful social representations, based on the images of the old and the new capital, in order to oppose those against this change and consolidate his government. In addition to the speech and propaganda, Ludovico uses, as a statement element, the urban plan designed by Attilio Corrêa Lima, creating a modern intentional monument to be immortalized, translated by the monumental Goiás Avenue. Then, the city experiences a vertiginous growth in its territory and population, mainly after the 1950s, resulting in the disfigurement of its pioneering core. The spatial transformations verified in Goiás Avenue are representative of this scenario, such as its verticalization process and the changes in its layout to meet the demands from the public transportation. From these losses, consequences of the progressive mentality that is rooted in the local culture, arise the first initiatives to preserve the material evidences of the beginning Goiânia, culminating with its federal preservation in 2003. From this institutionalization as a national heritage, it is focused the appropriation by the city inhabitants, through the research of the urban imaginary created since the pioneer’s city until the present day, highlighting striking points in this trajectory. For that, it is used literature in prose and verse to reach the local collective memory, focusing on the capital early years and on the current city - violent, disjointed and that is forgetting its history day by day.Item Tipologias dos edifícios de apartamentos: Bosque dos Buritis e Lago das Rosas(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2016-01-21) Rocha, Helloá Vicente Fernandes; Mello, Márcia Metran de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4684676783995945; Mello, Márcia Metran de; Boaventura, Deusa Maria Rodrigues; Oliveira, Adriana Mara Vaz deThis research investigates the types of apartments in the vicinity of the parks Bosque dos Buritis and Lago das Rosas in Goiânia, from the 1980s to the present. It starts with the idea that spatial arrangements have been changed over the years due to changes in habits of society or subtle impositions of the real estate market through advertisements, that contribute to the formation of the urban imagination and the process overvaluation of these enterprises. They were brought to the debate on key concepts such as dwelling, the type and the imaginary, beyond the historical review of the transformations of verticalized buildings and parks analyzed in order to answer the questions proposed in this research. The types of apartments in the vicinity of the first parks in Goiânia were identified and analyzed through the redesign of the plants of the apartments, reading chronicles local authors and comparing these data. The appreciation of these spaces is constantly reinforced by the government and the media, also affecting the production of architectural programs offered to users both in the common areas of buildings as in the apartments. By analyzing the architectural types was possible to note the specific spatial and functional characteristics of each period, changes in the needs programs and advertising materials of the enterprises, as well as reducing the square footage of apartments searched.Item Cidades na cidade: habitação social e produção do espaço urbano em Goiânia(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2016-01-29) Lucas, Edinardo Rodrigues; Caixeta, Eline Maria Moura Pereira; http://buscatextual.cnpq.br/buscatextual/visualizacv.do?id=K4793942T7; Caixeta, Eline Maria Moura Pereira; Moraes, Lúcia Maria de; Barreira, Celene Cunha Monteiro AntunesGreat deal of Brazilian cities’ territory could show urban quality of excellence if the state as a funding entity and a promoter of urban interventions such as the construction of housing projects put value on the project. Goiânia, capital of Goiás state, is a city that was planned in the early 1930s to house 50,000 inhabitants. In 2015, its population exceeds 1.4 million people. In addition to the original city plan — made by architects Attilio Corrêa Lima and, later, Armando de Godoy —, a significant part of its urban fabric had an effective participation of the State in its building by conducting and implementing housing projects of social interest. This study aimed to think of Goiânia’s urban space production that was a result from housing developments undertaken by local government, since the early days of territory occupation to the present day. It focuses on architecture and urbanism based on the idea that a social housing plan needs a clear understanding of past processes and of scars left in the territory. To understand the current and past processes was necessary to seek theoretical frameworks that conceptualize housing and city also in its subjective dimensions expanding the possibilities of analysis. In a second step it was necessary to establish a research methodology that would enable the analysis at different scales (municipal and enterprise) reaching satisfactory results formatted based on quality parameters from different authors. Done methodology, research brings a periodization of the issue of housing in Goiania analyzing aspects of the production of urban space in the municipal scale and highlighting projects that are analyzed in more detail. The mapping and analysis of the production of detailed urban space in two main case studies (Conjunto Vera Cruz and Residencial Jardim Cerrado) allows reflect on the projective premises that contribute to the creation of qualified spaces for full human development. Research results lead to the understanding that a social housing project must be connected to a city project. Thus, promoting the right to housing becomes a tool for a city that was born as planned one to regain control of its expansion by producing and managing urban space to ensure good living conditions for the whole of the population.Item Poder, memória e estigmas: pontes entre Ceres e Rialma(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2016-02-24) Costa, Lucas Felício; Fonseca, Carolina Ferreira da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5992046118959738; Britto, Pedro Dultra; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3392969122990264; Britto, Pedro Dultra; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3392969122990264; Fonseca, Carolina Ferreira da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5992046118959738; Oliveira, Adriana Mara Vaz de; Chaveiro, Eguimar FelícioIn this workit is proposed an approach between the forms of Power and Stigma as actions which engender socioeconomic and spatial differences. The cities of Ceres (National Agricultural Colony of Goiás) and Rialma (Barranca) were takenas objects of investigation. They are two municipalities in the state of Goiás, located in the Valley of Saint Patrick, at the banks of the River of Souls. Considered as “sisters”, these cities are separated by a geographic limit, a river, but they are also connected by stories, memories and a bridge. The two cities were founded on the same occasion, but their trajectories reveal, today, large differences established by an unequal and predatory relationship, based, since the beginning, on the construction of stigmas. To develop a possible reading of the historical, political and social condition, related to the formation of Ceres and Rialma, it is indicated a dialogue between the works of Michel Foucault (1992, 2008, 2012, 2013), based on the concepts of Power, Domain, Discipline and Torture, and the works of Walter Benjamin (1987, 1994, 2011), taking as reference the notion of History, Allegory, and Ruin. The historical groundwork of this dissertation was structured based on the analysis of official, literary and iconographic documents, and also based on interviews realized with residents of the cities of Ceres and Rialma. As a methodological proposal of evaluation of the process of territorial stigmatization, two procedures of reading of the territories of analysis were realized. These procedures refer to Certeaus’s (1994) concepts: the research in the condition of Flaneur, who walks and experiences the daily life of the cities, and as a Voyeur that uses several indicators – social, census, demographic, economicand cultural for analysisof Ceres and Rialma condition. The confrontation with the data obtained from the statements recorded in the field research, with the pioneers and the young people from the cities, enabled us to identify how the stigma of “Barranca” and other multiple forms of domination and subordination are present in the correlations between them as a strategic action of power. Therefore, we obtained as final considerations of this research that the production of social inequalities between the two cities comes from a historical function which feeds back and supports the maintenance of the status quo.Item Pré-fabricação: arquitetura ou construção ?(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2016-02-26) Carvalho Neto, Manoel Balbino; Frota, Jose Artur Daló; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1237827122654831; Frota, José Artur Daló; Caixeta, Eline Maria Moura Pereira; Zein, Ruth VerdeThis research examines the issue of prefabrication in concrete under the gaze of architecture from three axes: historical analysis, technological analysis and theoretical analysis. The historical analysis explores the subject from the beginning of the reinforced concrete evolution and the emergency needs during the post-war in Europe. Either prefabrication or precast, gained space and meaning in the modern architecture with clear temporal, aesthetic and ideological link to Brutalism. At another times, the use of this technology seemed needless, limited to a single building - a prototype - despite all important prefabricated buildings already constructed. In Brazil, several experiments were performed at the Universidade de Brasília – “the prefabrication university” – having the architect João Filgueiras Lima, Lelé, as the main protagonist. The technological analysis opens the way for understanding the prefabricated building methods, sometimes engendered by the architecture itself, like ferrocement technology. Also problems concerning constructability are under discussion, while the prefabrication comes into disuse in the 1980’s. Theoretical analysis brings to the agenda the discussion of the essence of prefabricated architecture and explores the reasons for the dissociation between technology and art, either architecture or prefabrication. Here, the public school building systems conducted by prefabrication, created in Brazil also in the 1980’s is a good example. Known by the initials CIACs, CAICs, CEUs, FDE, they are all schools with a strong visual identity and a clear political link that does not allow these programs to last long. With the absence of big players like Lelé, prefabrication became an outdated issue for architecture, although it’s increasingly applied in engineering. Commercial pre-fabrication becomes consistent with the building structure acting as a construction subsystem - like the FDE case, the invisible part of the building waiting for a wrapper. This strong link appears as a result to the availability of services and trades that are installed in the traditional center, in addition to the existence of a significant number of residences there are installed. To the extent that these centers are saturated, due to the high number of vehicles, whether of the individual transport, collective transport, the accessibility is reducing and new centers are being formed. There is then the need to plan the transport network of medium-sized cities aiming to meet these changes of urban space. However, without the full knowledge of the urban space in the study, and without the lifting of the transport network, object of the study, it will be not possible to plan new guidelines for the network. This work, intended, from the new tools of urban planning, identify and compare the centrality obtained with the network public transportation existing, verifying some inconsistencies existing in the network. As tools, was applied the methodology for the identification of centralities proposed by Kneib (2014), which is based on the Delphi’s tool combined with spatial analysis; and subsequently centrality identified were analyzed in conjunction with the transport network, from the tools of Geographic Information Systems - GIS. The city in study was Annapolis, which is located in the state of Goiás. This city has, according to estimates of IBGE (2015) 366.491 in habitants, therefore classified as average city. As the result of investigations, emphasized that the centrality of identification is a process that has made it possible to establish in a city, other locals that resembled to the main center - and that attract many trips - which can contribute to identify and develop guidelines for improvement of network public transportation, due to the close relationship between transport and the use and occupation of the soil.Item Análise do desempenho termoenergético de escolas públicas segundo aplicação do RTQ-C para a envoltória(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2016-03-31) Paulse, Pablo de Caldas; Rosa, Érico Naves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8563679469245743; Rosa, Érico Naves; Hora, Karla Emmanuela Ribeiro; Brandstetter, Maria Carolina Gomes de OliveiraThe search for buildings with better energy performance has been the subject of several studies, due to the energy crisis that Brazil and the world are facing and the need for a more sustainable solution for buildings. In this context, this thesis presented the analysis of the envelope (vertical walls and roof) of a school building whose purpose is to optimize its thermoenergetic performance and the achievement of higher levels of indoor thermal comfort for its users. The object of study was a standard building for classrooms of public schools in the city of Goiania–GO, whose dimensions and spatial characteristics have not been changed significantly; the analysis focusing only the building components that characterize its envelope. The thermoenergetic assessment of the proposed building was based on the Quality of Technical Regulation Methodology for Energy Efficiency of Commercial Buildings, Services and Public - RTQ-C of the Brazilian Labeling Program in Buildings (PBE Edifica), which establishes parameters for the classification of energy performance through the National Energy Conservation Label (ENCE). For this purpose, analysis were carried out of the building envelope according to the prescriptive method, based on calculations and parameters pre-set by the Regulation, and on computer simulations carried out by creating scenarios using materials and solutions recommended by the Regulation and performance of technical standards buildings (NBR 15575: 2013) and thermal performance in buildings (NBR 15220: 2005), both referenced by RTQ-C. For the simulations was used the DesignBuilder software. Simulated models were evaluated according to two criteria: the indoor air temperature and the thermal comfort of users defined by the PMV index. The results were applied to the RTQ-C methodology and demonstrate that the changes in the type of masonry and in the roof of the original model, added to the incorporation of shading elements in the openings, can provide a change in the ENCE final classification, which moves up from a medium ranking (level C) to that of maximum performance (level A), with considerable implications for the internal temperature and the percentage of hours in comfort of users, without the need for use of mechanized and high energy consuming air conditioning systems. These results provide subsidies for the development of more energy efficient public buildings, through the employment of construction systems appropriate to the site and enabling the reduction of costs associated with the maintenance of adequate thermal comfort of its users.Item Centralidades e transformações na avenida Rio Verde em Aparecida de Goiânia(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2016-06-06) Soares, Evelyn Cristine Moreira; Kneib, Erika Cristine; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2807145158226533; Kneib, Erika Cristine; Barreira, Celene Cunha Monteiro Antunes; Silva, Paulo Cesar Marques daThis thesis presents the results of research conducted on the formation of the centrality of the city of Aparecida de Goiânia, especially one located in a territorially peripheral region in conurbation with the city of Goiania, the capital, but that is consolidated as one of the sub-centers of city of Aparecida de Goiania. To this end, they were rescued development, occupation and territorial expansion of the two cities and the metropolises process involving them. For centralities used a method based experts. Added to the method applied, the survey of characteristics related to the sub-center of Rio Verde Avenue, the land use, accessibility and trip generation. The analysis considered the influence suffered by the implementation of large projects, the Polos Travel Generators - PGV, which always directly affect the formation of these centralities and hence determine the mobility of citizens and accessibility to the region.Item Interfaces entre arte e arquitetura: oiInstituto de arte contemporânea do Inhotim(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2016-06-24) Ferreira, Ana Isabel Oliveira; Mello, Márcia Metran de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4684676783995945; Mello, Márcia Metran de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4684676783995945; Oliveira, Adriana Mara Vaz de; Boaventura, Deusa Maria RodriguesThe formation of cultural enterprises, cultural consumption market strengthening and the creation of traveling and temporary exhibitions linked to the artistic transformations, made exhibition spaces acquired a new character, requiring an overhaul of both its old demands and the need to expand its boundaries in the contemporary world. In this context, this work presents a study of the spatial conceptions of contemporary museums based on the analysis of Inhotim Institute galleries, which is considered the most important center for contemporary art in Brazil. This research aims to discuss the interfaces between art and architecture, understanding their influence on the current exhibition spaces configuration. Concerning the theme context, in the first place, was made a record of the evolution of the museum as a type of building, then a history of the expansion of artistic events. The object of study, Contemporary Art Institute of Inhotim, is located both in the context of institutional and spatial historical development of museums as the manifestations of contemporary art. From then on, you can perform the analysis of the galleries projects. The methodology resulted in the classification of the Institute galleries in three different approach lines: Architecture as a work of art; An architecture, multiple works; and An architecture for an artist. About similarities and differences, the comparative and descriptions method, which examine different approaches of the construction and design process of the art galleries of the Institute, lists the aesthetic and construction, realization process resource of architectural work, with exposed art. Regarding the design of museums in the contemporary world, this study comes to instigate and initiate new discussions, and facilitate the improvement and development of project parameters, once they are spaces that have undergone and continue to undergo profound transformations.Item Arquitetos associados e espaço: tradição e modernidade nas obras de um quarteto de formação mineira(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2016-09-09) Silva, José Renato de Castro e; Caixeta, Eline Maria Moura Pereira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5246618096427219; Caixeta, Eline Maria Moura Pereira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5246618096427219; Frota, José Artur D’Aló; Badan, Rosane Costa; Mello, Fernando Antonio OliveiraThis research provides an analysis of the academic and the professional performance of four architects, graduated at the Architecture School of Minas Gerais - Elias Daud Neto, Eduardo Simões Barbosa, Carlos Fernando Rabelo and Roberto Benedetti. During approximate four years (1969-1973), the quartet has developed projects and constructions in Goiânia, with the foundation of Arquitetos Associados S/C office. Later, starting from 1974, only two of them - Eduardo Simoes Barbosa and Carlos Fernando Rabelo - continued with the associated activity creating a new office called Espaço - Planning Team, Architecture and Consulting Ltda. The object of study is the production ensemble of these offices in the context of Goiânia, city created and consolidated in the light of modern ideals. The dissertation arouses a systematic reflection on the work of these architects, place it in the local and regional modern architecture scene and, when rescue her from the anonymity, establishes confrontations with important works of brazilian architecture. The investigation on them projective processes has as reference some based sampling of their basilar projects. The research was subsidized by consultation in primary sources of the office acquis, by the visits to the constructions and interviews with architects, clients and employees. These procedures help to understand in what ways the quartet contributed to the formation and consolidation of a local architectural culture, in the tenue and inaccurate transition between the modern and the postmodern. Thus, this dissertation inaugurate the fill of an important gap in the history of Goianiense architectural production, at the same time that launches a necessary database for future researchs about these architects works. Pathfinders professionals that, in this actuations, legitimized the process of Goiânia construction.Item Materialidade e imaterialidade na percepção da casa: análise da influência da verticalização em moradias de Goiânia(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2016-09-27) Tavares, Márcia Guerrante; Badan, Rosane Costa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2241460854673642; Badan, Rosane Costa; Oliveira, Adriana Maria Vaz de; Roda, Rui Miguel FerreiraThis piece of work discusses how the transformations caused by the increase in the number of inhabitants and the verticality of the cities, which are responsible for cracks in the urban tissue, alter the perception and the way the individual currently lives in his house. In this research, the house is revealed as the fundamental cell of the urban tissue, related to its historic and social context, where time and space build its narration. The object of study is the interior of the placehouse inserted in the space-city, focusing on the relation between its inhabitant and what he understands as the “center of the world”. The city that was chosen is Goiânia of the beginning of the 21st century, contemplating the neighborhoods of greater value, in an accelerated verticality process. The main objective of this work is to understand how the verticalized city affects the user’s perception and relation with the house. Furthermore, we try to identify the role of the sensoriality and the symbolic in the construction of the values and the individual and collective references in the living space. The materiality of the house dealt with here refers to the physical space, whereas the immateriality regards the house as a symbolic place, inhabited by the memories and symbols and lived through the daily rituals and events. The data collection is based on the bibliographical research and on interviews with distinct groups of families that live in the selected area. As a result, the study brings contribution to the new way of thinking the urban house and its interior design, taking into consideration the diversity and the necessities of the man in the material, social and symbolic dimensions.Item Eurico Calixto de Godoi na formação da arquitetura moderna em Goiânia(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2016-09-30) Oliveira, Simone Borges Camargo de; Caixeta, Eline Maria Moura Pereira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5246618096427219; Frota, José Artur D'Aló; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1237827122654831; Frota, José Artur D'Aló; Caixeta, Eline Maria Moura Pereira; Mahler, Christine Ramos; Mello, Márcia Metran deThe dissertation presents a study concerning the presence of the architectural work of Eurico Calixto de Godoi in the developing of the modern architecture in Goiania, through the analysis of the possible historical links between the urban landscape and the formation process of the history of modern Brazilian architecture. The study extends through the documentation and cataloguing of his entire production between the years 1950 and 1980, and the analysis of the most significant examples between 1950 and 1960 decades. Initially it outlines the historical path of modernity, in witch the language of modern architecture develops as a response to the social and political demands of the period. By taking this route as a background context, the study of the architect's legacy unfolds at one hand by the exposure of his biography from childhood to his formal professional influences in buildings: Ministério da Educação e Cultura; Conjunto Residencial Parque Guinle; Conjunto Residencial Prefeito Mendes de Morais, Pedregulho e a Estação de Hidroaviões. On the other hand, the split is based on the use of the formal elements of the architecture developed at the Faculdade Nacional de Arquitetura e Urbanismo do Brasil, so called “arquitetura carioca” and also on the pioneer buildings of modern Brazilian architecture, as were prepared and articulated from partnerships between Lúcio Costa, Gregori Warchavchik, Le Corbusier, Oscar Niemeyer, Affonso Reidy and Jorge Moreira. It also identifies the formal and poetic components of the modern language of the buildings, the significant examples of the architect's work and highlights the connections and characteristic features of Modern Brazilian architecture belonging to the school of Rio de Janeiro. The work also formulates the question about the possible identity in the architect´s production reflecting the symbolic formation of Goiania´s landscape as a place of modern memory, especially for its leading role in the city's inclusion in the scenario of modern architecture in Brazil. Lastly, as a final consideration, there is a brief reflection on modern architecture as a relevant possibility of this memory to its preservation.Item Transporte público coletivo e acessibilidade na região metropolitana de Goiânia: um panorama da dinâmica metropolitana a partir de indicadores(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2017-04-25) Gonzaga, Ana Stéfany da Silva; Kneib, Érika Cristine; http://buscatextual.cnpq.br/buscatextual/visualizacv.do?id=K4735551Y9; Kneib, Érika Cristine; Portugal, Licínio da Silva; Barreira, Celene Cunha Monteiro AntunesThis research is inserted in the context of the importance of the accessibility for the development of metropolitan regions. In this context, is considered that challenges faced by municipalities reach even more complexity when they are inserted in metropolitan regions. This problematic grow worse through factors such as the excessive use of automobiles, as well as the lack of integrated planning and management that prioritize displacements by public transport and that establish balanced guidelines of land use and occupation. Therefore, is research uses indicator to analyze the dynamics of accessibility between municipalities of metropolitan regions. Based on the conceptual and theoretical deepening about the metropolitan context, accessibility and its principles, this work focused on the public transport systems.Item Privê Atlântico - de conjunto habitacional a condomínio: um caso incomum de valorização imobiliária(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2017-08-02) Carvalho, Adriana Figueiredo; Mello, Márcia Metran de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4684676783995945; Mello, Márcia Metran de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4684676783995945; Oliveira, Adriana Mara Vaz de; Mahler, Christine RamosThe present research deals with the pursuit for an understanding of a housing modality that has attracted many adepts in Goiânia and in other Brazilian cities, the gated community. Based on a private and differentiated historical gated community, called Privê Atlântico, the intention is to bring to light how this modality can become as strong as a point to transform a housing complex into a gated community and change the market value of their real estate. For this, a search of a macro look, seeking common questions to the cities of the contemporaneity and its society, in a scenario of a globalized and capitalist world. Afterwards, the focus shifts to the discussed theme. We chose to go from the origin of the gated community, the discourses used by the market for its valorization, and an image that these enterprises occupy in Goiania‘s society. The next moment is aimed at an understanding of the research object, Privê Atlântico. Again, the initiative is a quest for a macro look on the city. A recovering of the increase in the growth of Goiânia is done in order to know how a city developed and became appreciated towards the southwest region, where the gated community is located. It was also done in order to find out how specific investments such as parks can stimulate the population growth and attract investors and services that could value a region. Then, the look turns to the object of study. From the search for documents, the surveys made on the spot and the interviews granted by residents and former residents, it was possible to understand that it is a gated community that was born unpretentious, and that the greatest value that exists in the place is not the recognition of itself as a gated community, something which some villagers fought to conquer. Ironically, the value of Privê Atlântico can be explained by its history, by its humble origins. The neighborhood ties developed throughout its history, strengthened by the struggles faced by its residents, are what the Privê Atlântico possesses as the richest. Perhaps, the wealth of Privê Atlântico does not exist in any other gated community that has been elaborated with refinement, organization and elegance.Item A rede de cidades criativas da Unesco: uma perspectiva das cidades brasileiras(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2017-08-22) Ferreira, Victor Moura Soares; Oliveira, Adriana Mara Vaz de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6774803204502154; Oliveira, Adriana Mara Vaz de; Britto, Pedro Dultra; Boaventura, Deusa Maria RodriguesThe idea of the creative city emerges as the fruit of the post-industrial era, when cities needed to reinvent themselves from a strategic relationship with creativity, specifically with the creative industry and the creative economy. The formulation of those expressions, first raised by the australian government and later by the british, discussed the value of art and culture through those which were possible the creation of jobs and wealth production. The United Nations, through UNCTAD and Unesco, incorporated in their discourses and policies the importance of the development of the urban environment ordered by creativity. Its intention was embodied after the launch of the Unesco Network of Creative Cities in 2004, platform that established a commitment to invest in creativity and culture as a strategic factor for "sustainable" urban development. In order to understand this dynamic that uses culture as an urban management strategy, the Network's research from the perspective of the five Brazilian cities - Florianópolis and Curitiba, with the insertion in 2014, and the cities of Belém, Santos and Salvador, in 2015 - allowed to identify the strategies that configure this program and, also, the nuances of each one. The idea was based on the investigation of application forms, information in electronic media and digital files. The research rethinks that the discourse of the creative city is closer to the image bias, economic and political than the ideal model of a post-industrial city, as some theorists claim. Possibly, the creative city is only a reflection of an image that began in the economy and was diluted in the discourse of managers, possessing the Nation-State as controlling agent.Item A antiga linha férrea de Goiânia. De símbolo da modernidade à obsolescência(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2017-08-23) Brandão, Simone Buiate; Britto, Pedro Dultra; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3392969122990264; Britto, Pedro Dultra; Oliveira, Adriana Mara Vaz de; Chaveiro, Eguimar FelícioThis research is an agony verbalization for what has been left to oblivion in Goiania’s landscape, the ancient railroad of Goiás Railway. It used to be the modernization symbol of Goiás State and of the city construction, it was built in the 1950’s, from the extension of a railroad branch originated in the trunk line Araguari – Anápolis. The railway used to cross the whole state, to the north of the country, with the goal to reach the new capital of sertão, Brazil’s very deep country side, departing from Leopoldo de Bulhões and getting into the city perimeter up to Campinas, the oldest district in Goiânia. However, the golden years of the railway were too short, the late arrival of the trails coincided with the highways’ fast progress in the country, while the railways suffered many reflexes from the lack of investments and serious financial problems, besides the undercarriage’s obsolescence. Thus, a dream coming true became a nightmare, resulting on the partial deactivation process of the rail branch. This had boosted the increase of irregular neighboring areas occupations, the abandonment of spaces and the immediate removal of some trails. However, remains of a railway area were left, such as the stations, few residences and trails which unveil a past. This past is present like a ghost, who still walks by the city almost unseen by great majority of the population. Having this in mind, the aim of this study is to elaborate a story in order to understand and analyze the landscape that has been transformed along the years with the insertion of this modernity instrument in the urban tissue of Goiânia. The methodological procedures were based on bibliographic researches, documents analysis, on printed and electronic material from private and public institutions, on field and mapping services. This work helped us to understand how the railway has interfered in the formation and transformation of the space along the years until today, unveiling four distinct axes: the superposition axe, a path where nowadays one can find the Leste-Oeste Avenue, which has replaced the trails; the destruction axe, which comprises the Trabalhador Square, where one can find the Railway Station that suffers constant reuse try-outs, but nowadays is abandoned; the crossties’ cemetery, a path full of railway remains; and, finally, the resistance axe, the only path where the train still operates. In this way, this study tries to fulfil a gap in Goiás Railway’s history that has not been registered yet. At the same time, it establishes a base for new stories that could deeply explore each axe identified.Item Metodologia para implantação e avaliação de sistemas cicloviários sob o enfoque da psicologia ambiental(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2017-08-28) Hamer, Luciana Joyce; Almeida, Cristiano Farias; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9848560935338784; Kneib, Erika Cristine; Paiva, Mariana deAchieving sustainable development in the urban context of cities is a challenge for technicians and managers. The cycle routes appear as an alternative to add to the road system conditions that allow people to carry out their movements in an attractive and efficient way. In this sense, the study aimed to develop a method of implantation of cycling systems in medium-sized cities, based on Environmental Psychology and the physical characteristics of the urban space and its interrelationship. For the study of the behavior and reading of the individual in the urban environment, the legibility and apprehension parameters of the "place" were adopted in addition to the four foundations presented by Environmental Psychology: personal space, territoriality, privacy and density / crowding in its relation with Cycling. As for physical space, a review of the main models available to measure the service level for bicycles was carried out, where mobility variables based on road safety and cyclist comfort were presented. The variables presented were measured through the Hierarchical Analysis, in which the aim was to evaluate the Via Condition Index, which will enable the definition of a more efficient segment in a road network1 to compose the cycle system. The method is composed of the following steps: area delimitation (identification of the pole generating travel and area of influence), characterization of the area of study (survey of the information of the region), identification of the segments with greater potential for trips with bicycles (spatial aspects), evaluation of the condition index of the route, analysis of intervention opportunities and choice of the stretch of implantation. As a validation of the presented method, a case study was carried out in the city of Goiânia. With this, it is intended to help managers and professionals in the implantation of bicycle systems within a behavioral perspective, as an alternative of real and viable mobility that aims at improving the quality of life and sustainability in urban centers, increasing the number of bicycle users.
