Item Entre o cansaço e a vontade: o processo de formação da subjetividade dos trabalhadores-estudantes de licenciatura na UFG(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2021-08-26) Teles, Bethânia Marques; Silva, Hugo Leonardo Fonseca da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5824330405146391; Silva, Hugo Leonardo Fonseca da; Macedo, Jussara Marques; Alves, Amone Inácia; Lacerda Júnior, FernandoHis research, linked to the Psychosocial and Educational Processes research line, of the Graduate Program in Psychology at the College of Education of the Federal University of Goiás (PPGP-UFG), aimed to interrogate and analyze how salaried work and student activity of graduation unfolds in reciprocal determinations about the process of formation of the subjectivity of the workers-students that attend graduation courses in the UFG. The re-search brought together bibliographic and field investigation, through theoretical refer-ences, bibliographical review, and, later, semi-structured interviews with three student-workers enrolled in the UFG licentiate degrees. The interviews were interpreted through content analysis and thematic analysis technique, seeking to understand the theme insert-ed in the totality based on the determinations of the materialist dialectical historical meth-od and historical-cultural psychology, whose theoretical basis was founded on Karl Marx , Gyorgy Lukács, István Mészáros, Alexei Leontiev, Antônio Gramsci, Newton Duarte, Ricardo Antunes, Dermeval Saviani, GaudênciaFrigotto, Lígia Márcia Martins, among others. The results show that the Brazilian youth, in its heterogeneity, is, above all, worker and suffers from the impacts of the precariousness of work, education and human life. They seek in higher education the possibilities for better living conditions, but they encounter obstacles due to the need to face salaried work. Submitted to the contradictions present in the con-ciliation between employment and graduation, the worker-students suffer the degradation of life, work and personality. This condition marks their subjectivities, as it produces suffer-ing, fear, fatigue, identity conflicts and self-blaming. On the other hand, we can notice, at the same time, pride, security, hope, formation and enrichment of the personality, in addi-tion to the appropriation of knowledge, wisdom and new relationships that they estab-lished. Such elements demarcate individuals' subjectivation processes in the dynamics es-tablished among the condition of class, work and education.
