Item Ação coletiva e movimento GLBT em Goiânia(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2008-12-08) URANY, Alírio Melo; NUNES, Jordão Horta; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0257540968113535This paper conducts an investigation of the collective action organized by the LGBT movement in Goiania, seeking to demystify the character of uniqueness attributed to it, giving rise to the development of an interpretive framework capable of perceiving the plurality of actors and logics of action. I use Bourdieu's concept of habitus to view the process of aggregation of individuals, as well as the formation of homosexual identities positioned in a relationship of rulers and ruled in a heteronormative hegemonic social order. But how to systematize the LGBT movement in Goiania seeks to promote the struggle for positive recognition, is to present a breakdown of its social power into internal, semi-external and external. This allows you to view a schematic circuit energies of formation of networks of solidarity, used to maintain the cohesion of the social force within the field of LGBT activism. It is also evident that the agents are not in harmony, since that produce new hierarchies within the field of activism LGBT, but also tend to control the voltages to allow the maintenance and expansion of the field.Item Accountability e formulação de políticas públicas via web(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2012-09-25) Freitas, Marisleily Rodrigues de; Bezerra, Heloisa Dias; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5901954357328179; Bezerra, Heloisa Dias; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5901954357328179; Castro, Cosette Espindola de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6638569357514374; Santander Joo, Carlos Ugo; Endereço para acessar este CV: http://lattes.cnpq.br/8838030644558019With the advent of the twentieth century, the world was faced with an intense transformation in the means of mass communication. The new forms of communication quickly dominated the world scene because they can cover a much more significant number of people, besides they transmit a much larger amount of information in less time. Thus, new possibilities have emerged to bridge the gap between government and voters. However, the media are not impartial when it comes to political debate. The commercial media are still the main sources of information and entertainment. From this perspective, the Internet as alternative media means such as printed newspapers, radio and TV could be a significant instrument for the formation of citizens politically participatory and be an affordable way to obtain political information.Item Ações afirmativas para pessoas negras nos concursos públicos para TAEs do IFMT: possibilidades e limites da Lei n.º 12.990/2014(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2023-08-25) Santos, Lirian Keli dos; Almeida Neto, Luiz Mello de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1951913717385648; Almeida Neto, Luiz Mello de; Vilasboas, Jaqueline Pereira de Oliveira; Guimarães, Maristela AbadiaThe present study aimed to analyze the possibilities and limits of the affirmative action policy, based on racial criteria, implemented by Law n.º 12,990, of June 9, 2014, at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Mato Grosso (IFMT), for the position of Educational Administrative Technician (TAE), in the period from June 9, 2014, date of approval of the law, to December 31, 2022. we opted for a case study and a methodology that is in the field of qualitative and quantitative research due to the need to apprehend the subjectivity that exists in social relations. Since these are intertwined with existing values and rules in their social organization, through documental analysis and bibliographical research. The information was collected in the tender selection system (WEB Selection), made available by the IFMT on its online page. As well as on the website www.concursos.ufmt.br of the Federal University of Mato Grosso (UFMT), an institution that examines some IFMT competitions. Laws, Decrees and Resolutions were also consulted, which support the legitimacy of the vacancy reservation process adopted by the institution. When carrying out the research, the data were organized and grouped into different categories, later, we carried out analyzes on the number of black candidates approved to fill the racial quotas in comparison to the number of people summoned for the broad competition to understand the limits and shortcomings of the Quota Law for TAEs within the scope of the IFMT. The results show that the IFMT used devices contained in the selection notices to prevent the creation of vacancies reserved for black people, specifically those with greater prestige and remuneration. In this way, the implementation of Law 12.990/2014, with the main purpose of promoting inclusion and equal opportunities for black people, was compromised.Item Adolescente em conflito com a lei: uma análise do direito à ampla defesa em Goiânia/Goiás(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2017-08-31) Borges, Lélia Moreira; Durães, Telma Ferreira do Nascimento; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6386493067782696; Durães, Telma Ferreira do Nascimento; Bonesso, Márcio; Oliveira, Dijaci David deThis dissertation had as its objective verify whether the adolescents submitted to the institutionalization measures in Goiânia, Goiás – Brazil, were guaranteed their right to the adversarial principle and full defense in their trials. The empirical field of this investigation consisted of the analysis of cases filed between the periods of 2014 to 2016, and the observation of hearings carried out in the infractions court of Child and Youth Court of Goiânia, GO and interviews with public defenders. The Federal Constitution of 1988, the Child and Adolescent Statute, Criminal Code, Criminal Procedure and Civil Procedure Codes were used as the main legal references for this study. As theoretical support, Emílio G. Mendez, Pierre Bourdieu and Loïc Wacquant were also used. These references were useful in the understanding of the infraction persecution dynamics operationalized by the security and justice system of the State. As well as that, the understanding of the socio-juridical paradigm in force at each moment of history that justified the penalization of children and adolescents; the concept of field as a social space in competition, subject to internal disputes hierarchically established by the monopoly of the significance of such space, and the intensification of punitive actions by the State allow the perception of the permanence of the irregular situation paradigm in the professionals’ performances and judicial decisions. Decisions marked by inequality between institutions that operate in the juvenile criminal justice system, facing the recent entry of the public defense counsel, not yet totally structured, in the game of signification and legitimation of a trial that is preponderantly inquisitive. It brings loss to the exercise of full defense of the adolescents accused of acts of infraction. Evidence of a mismatch is noticed between the advances in the children’s and adolescents’ acquisition of rights and guarantees and the criminal control operationalized by the juvenile criminal justice system of Goiânia / GO.Item Análise psicodinâmica do trabalho docente na rede pública estadual(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2014-02-26) Souza, Vanessa Alexandre de; Freitas, Revalino Antonio de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8705661441925211; Freitas, Revalino Antonio de; Rêses, Erlando da Silva; Santos, Cleito Pereira dosThis research aims to conduct a study on the health of the teaching work. The offset of the claims of the macrstructural plan for the identity-oriented for the emergence of new social movements and the mobilization for the rights of persons with disabilities to live in segregated and not discriminatory environments. These mobilizations is the paradigm of inclusive education, subject and object of a few conventions, international agreements, of "review" of the Brazilian educational legislation, the extension of theoretical productions and re/organization of school classes. This process intensified in the second half of the year 1990, has caused significant changes in life and social relations of persons with disabilities, since questions and forge the breakup of dichotomous division between special education and regular education and allows a wider social coexistence. With the goal of realizing the auto representações that adolescents with intellectual disabilities have of themselves, formed a research group with students of cycle III in municipal schools in Goiânia. The choice of the subject of the research is the result of the contradiction that exists between the emergence of inclusive paradigm and the process of gene silencing of people with intellectual disabilities, given the difficulty of their autonomous institutional organization and belittling their ability to formulate opinions and critical analysis. The group consists of twenty people, most of the male students from 11 schools located in various regions of the capital. The data collection instruments were depth interviews, life story fundamentally and analysis of school documents. The main theoretical framework is formed, among others, by Alonso, Berger and Luckmann, Bourdieu, Goffman, Habermas, Mantoan, Mazzotta, Moscovici, Silva, Taylor and Bogdan, also, by official documents about the Brazilian school education and documents drawn from international conventions and agreements on education and the rights of people with intellectual disabilities. The bibliographical research showed that the representations are constructed socially, expressed in the political sphere of discourse-semantic mode, linked to the experiences of social coexistence and sociability of the subjects in the social institutions and historically anchored. Empirical research has shown that the Group of people with intellectual disabilities, regarding the physical characteristics, behavioral, health and personal development, is, in itself, a very heterogeneous group. Despite personal differences, the autorepresentações make explicit a positive self-image of themselves as a student in regular public school in Goiânia; the desire to keep your education process in schools and regular classes; the commitment to present a good social image of itself, taking advantage of postures in/discipline to give visibility to a positive image in relation to its peers; the importance of colleagues, teachers, the conversations and all forms of sociality made possible at school for personal well-being; the appreciation for the school and for the friendships; the posture of victimhood and ambiguous situation not to be in a process where conflicts the various representations about the person with intellectual disabilities, their rights, possibilities and potential.Item Auxiliares de atividades educativas do município de Goiânia: trabalho, gênero e educação(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2022-04-26) Silva, Roseley Campos da; Tosta, Tania Ludmila Dias; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8443282796615478; Oliveira, Jaqueline Pereira de; Tosta, Tania Ludmila Dias; Souza, Tatiele Pereira deThe purpose of this study consists of a research on the work and functions of (the) Educational Activities Assistants (AAE) in the Municipal Centers for Early Childhood Education (CMEIs) in the city of Goiânia, seeking to articulate themes such as caring and educating, issues of gender, work and education. This research aims to situate the debate about depathologization of transsexuality in Brazil analyzing its discursive fields. On one hand, I try to identify who are the actors involved in the campaign and investigate how they are producing the debate, showing what kinds of mobilizations have been made and what are their main demands. On the other hand, I seek to identify and analyze the knowledge underlying the depathologization speeches and other discourses which are opposed to this perspective. I present and analyze the proposals of the campaign concerning the continuity of health/medical care as well as the maintenance of the rights of transsexuals in a possible depathologization of transsexuality.Item Capitalismo e crítica social no filme Blade Runner(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2018-11-23) Bastos, Clodoaldo do Nascimento; Viana, Nildo Silva; http://buscatextual.cnpq.br/buscatextual/visualizacv.do?id=K4721163D8; Viana, Nildo Silva; Marques, Edmilson Ferreira; Junqueira, Ivanilda Aparecida AndradeIn this research we analyze the film Blade Runner and its social criticism related to capitalism; the problem raised here is to answer the question: there is a positioning of the film in relation to capitalism, but what kind of position is this: critical, conservative, revolutionary? We begin the dissertation with a chapter dedicated to theoretical foundation, which is based on Marxism and its critical and totalizing perspective, going against the post-structuralist hegemony with its micro vision of the social. Still in this tuning fork we work with the concept of a regime of accumulation within a theory about the mode of production of capitalist production, in order to understand the historical context of the last decades of the twentieth century. In the warp of the first chapter we also devoted some lines to explaining the sociological theory of cinema used in research, here materialized in the form of a dissertation; including what we consider to be fundamental in a film, which is the film message, where the feelings, interests, political positions, etc., of the team that produces the cinematographic work are expressed. The second chapter is a panoramic flight on the history of the regime of integral accumulation, we start from the concept and then we make a historical-sociological study on the world-wide and American reality of the sixties, seventy and eighty of the twentieth century. In the third chapter we have the analysis of the movie Blade Runner. We start from its realization, from production, and then analyze its social critique of capitalism, in view of a totalizing look at social relations that are in concrete reality and expressed in the film as consumerism, exploitation of labor, individualism, destruction the environment and neoliberalism. All encompassed by a dystopian and pessimistic perspective on capitalism in the age of integral accumulation.Item Catástrofe e utopia: a crítica à ideologia do progresso em Benjamin e Bloch e a iconoclastia das lutas contemporâneas(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2023-06-14) Oliveira, Francisco das Chagas de; Sofiati, Flávio Munhoz; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7078667432523349; Sofiati, Flávio Munhoz; Coelho, Allan da Silva; Martins, Lucineia ScreminThis dissertation examines the concepts of Catastrophe and Utopia, as developed by Walter Benjamin (1892-1940) and Ernst Bloch (1885-1977), in the context of the ascendancy of destructive technics between the outbreak of World War I (1914-1918) and the unfolding of World War II (1939-1945). Conceived as fundamental elements of the Marxist romantic critique of the Ideology of Progress, the concepts of Catastrophe and Utopia are analyzed in a dialogical manner, drawing from the works of Benjamin and Bloch, to achieve a deeper understanding of contemporary social reality. In this regard, the present research investigates the construction and perpetuation of a religious mentality, characterized by a certain "redemptive romantic violence," manifested in the actions of marginalized groups involved in the destruction of historical heritage during the early 21st century. Consequently, the research demonstrates the ongoing existence of this worldview in the discourse of resistance against capitalist modernity, which is reflected in acts of depredation targeting historical monuments associated with the Brazilian colonial era. Throughout the study, we employed documentary analysis, giving priority to traditional Brazilian and international media outlets with a strong digital presence. The incident of the fire at the monument in honor of Borba Gato was used as a poignant example in the context of critically perceiving Brazilian reality. This event resonates with the new contemporary iconoclastic wave and highlights how social movements absorbed the wave of destruction while also taking action. We found that the demands of these movements challenge socioeconomic projects and hegemonic historical-social narratives. Moreover, this contestation is imbued with utopian power, as it recognizes that capitalism poses a threat to the world of life.Item Ciência e tecnologia e as alterações nas formas de sociabilidade: um estudo sobre o software MSN messenger(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2005-03-11) Peixoto, Adrielle Beze; Rabelo, Francisco Chagas Evangelista; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3994475259808096This research studies the changes in sociability caused by science and technology. However, we found members of the society who are highly qualified, therefore making use of the information technologies in their daily life, this enabled us to get to know the inner aspects of each group, as well as their specific characteristics. The application of theories was done through the analysis of interviews and dialogues which furnished us the structure and application of the groups and also the influence of the MSN Messenger over the sociability forms of their members.Item Como vender balinha: a presença das mulheres no tráfico de drogas(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2014-09-23) Oliveira, Marcilaine Martins da Silva; Souza, Dalva Maria Borges de Lima Dias de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5291000127026087; Souza, Dalva Maria Borges de Lima Dias de; Costa, Elaine Cristina Pimentel; Gonçalves, ElianeFor years the unlawful drugs market was described as an almost solely male activity. However, in the recent times, the data of women imprisonment for their involvement in this kind of illicit trade have pointed to a fresh perspective in which there are gradual insertion of them in such practices criminalized. And having hypothesis, that the radical critique present in thought, in the works and the author of the act goes against the existing production and operation mode, so that its praxis in the teaching profession, suggests a conception of anarchist education. Using me the dialectical method in the construction of this work suggest the general objective to examine the works of this educator, aimed at discussion of the education category. Therefore, I propose to investigate biographical data, which fall within the context of his intellectual formation, in order to grasp his vision of man and world. I have in mind also analyze their criticism of the State, the school institution and its education system, and its practice in education. From this discussion it was inferred that his conception of education carries anarchist ideals that aim to provide men and women autonomy to ensure their freedom and, consequently, human dignity.Item As condições de trabalho docente do cientista social no ensino médio: um estudo de caso em Goiânia- Goiás(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2015-08-17) Sobral, Laísse Silva Lemos; Martins, Lucinéia Scremin; http://buscatextual.cnpq.br/buscatextual/visualizacv.do?id=K4790828Z8; Martins, Lucinéia Scremin; Freitas, Revalino Antonio; Reses, Erlando da Silva ResesThe purpose of this research was to know the working conditions of the sociologist who joined the state schools in Goiânia between 2009 and 2010, and especially the waivers / outputs of these graduates in social sciences class. We conducted an analysis of the conditions under which occurs the work of teachers (with a degree in social sciences and / or sociology) who teach sociology classes, mapping the causes of the output of this class of work. To achieve the objective, the approach used in this research was the qualitative research method with face-to-face interviews recorded with the consent of respondents. In light of contemporary scholars that address the issue of the working world, as Antunes (2001; 2008), Harvey (2002), Dejours (1992; 2004; 2009), we sought to understand the changes occurring worldwide in the workplace and in particular on the restructuring process that caused numerous consequences for the working process in general. Among these consequences realized the precarious process of the working conditions of workers in general and in specific teachers, subject matter of this work. With the sociology of teaching obligation in high schools from 2008, some graduates in education saw a chance to exercise their profession in teaching. But despite its entry happen via tender - which gives them stability, salary, career plan, among other benefits - these teachers did not stay in the classroom, on the contrary, in a short time there was a large number requests for dismissal or adaptation to other positions and sectors of the public administration of the State of Goiás, indicating the need for further study of this phenomenon. It was found that the new settings in the social world, especially through the so-called neoliberal economic policies imposed on the educational system intensification and precariousness of teaching, based on a business management model that required of teachers on the grounds of meritocracy, efficiency and efficiency. Nevertheless, physical and mental illness, poor infrastructure conditions, lack of social recognition were some of the factors that pushed the output of these classroom professionals. We believe that given the imminent reform of secondary education is increasingly necessary to meet the teacher, their work environment and the defense of an educational policy that actually prioritizes the quality of teaching and working conditions of those who teachItem Conexões e desconexões – os temas da história e geografia no ensino fundamental e sua relação com a sociologia no ensino médio(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2016-10-18) Carvalho, Ana Cecília Soares; Martins, Lucinéia Scremin; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6636418419069593; Martins, Lucinéia Scremin; Zarbato, Jaqueline Martins; Junqueira, Ivanilda Aparecida AndradeThis research aims to analyze whether the content of sociology have connections with the working themes of disciplines of History and Geography (Elementary School). Starting from concept that education aims (or should aim) an integral formation of citizens, providing knowledge and reflections so that student can understand the context in which he lives, and thus transform it; we think of as the most humanistic/reflective training has been conducted in schools, especially in Elementary School and High School. For our study, the Human Sciences of Elementary School has represented here by disciplines: History and Geography, and we analyze the possibilities of these two areas of knowledge and their possible connections/interconnections with sociology. For this, we evaluated official documents and textbooks for better understand how the Social Sciences field contents has worked with our children and youth; and what are the contributions of the sociology as a discipline in the Elementary School curriculum. In our analysis we noticed some mismatches between the goals set for the History and Geography, and how these disciplines are shown in the reality work in schools, punctuating also, the intentions and interests that permeate the critical and reflexive work in schools. Faced with this scenario, we present discussions on the importance of the Human Sciences in education, the contributions and work opportunities between the History, Geography and Sociology.Item Conselho Municipal de Educação de Goiânia: disputas e conflitos(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2018-09-17) Vinha, Adriane Pereira; Vettorassi, Andrea; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4314274220564712; Vettorassi, Andrea; Pessoa, Jadir; Oliveira, Dijaci de; Carrilo, Hans HugoThe process of redemocratization in Brazil allowed a series of models of popular participation both in the process of elaboration and in the control of public policies. The prevailing reading was that Brazil needed effective changes to combat the social crisis and the high deficit of citizenship established in the country. One of the most popular models was the Municipal Councils. The literature indicates that their participatory potential is directly linked to their structure and functioning. However, there are few studies on the internal dynamics of the Municipal Councils of Education. Thus, the purpose of this study is to analyze the Municipal Council of Education in Goiania as a participatory social field and disputes, using Bourdieu´s theory. For this purpose, we analyze documents related to the Councils (record of meetings, legislation, etc.), attend and record meetings of the Council, apply questionnaires to its members and conduct semi-structured interviews. It was possible to verify that the indirect participation of society predominates, through representation, and not direct participation. It was also possible to observe a significant inequality in the participation of the different members of the council, a result of the differentiated control of the different capitals political, Social, Cultural and Legal. This research was developed in the Post-Graduation Program in Sociology of the Federal University of Goiás.Item A construção do profissionalismo na agronomia: trabalho, ciência e poder(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2009-07-09) MARQUES, Rogério dos Santos Bueno; NUNES, Jordão Horta; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0257540968113535The aim of this thesis is to comprehend the process of construction of the professionalism in Brazilian agronomy. We state that different strata of the working class face the labor world in different ways. Workers who are more educated and belong to middle classes, act and regard the labor process in a different way from blue-collars. We studied the process of formation of agronomists representative institutions to, in a second stage, discuss the concept of professionalism throw six non-structured interviews with experienced professionals. Labor market, client relations, State, knowledge are some of the concepts we discuss to build our thesis. We also research, in a more elementary level, the hierarchies inside the professional group in order to show how distinctions are made and what kinds of symbolic values are related to professional success among agronomists. A study of the professionalism ideology is also done so that we can discuss about some possibilities of understanding the labor as a human capability.Item Consumismo na sociedade contemporânea: a dinâmica da criação de necessidades no mercado da informática(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2014-02-28) Orio, Mateus Vieira Orio; Viana, Nildo Silva; http://buscatextual.cnpq.br/buscatextual/visualizacv.do?id=K4721163D8This study seeks to understand the historical and social relations that are the basis of consumerism as we observe it daily. Thus, the intention is to understand the development and dynamics of the contemporary way of life: the capitalism, and thus, understanding the creation of needs that are reproduced in society in order to promote an exacerbated acquisition of goods by certain individuals or social groups. In this study the computing market is taken as a preferential example of analysis. This choice is not random, but it comes from the verification of the effervescent dynamics of that market . So the main objective of this research is to understand how the set of products in the IT market, supposedly meant to bring facilities in conducting problems, becomes a means of diversifying the production of goods in contemporary society, comprising objects that promote desire for excessive consumption. This study aims to understanding of reality, covering the fundamental determinations to avoid simplistic conclusions, beyond the apparent meaning. Therefore it is necessary to investigate more general and also more simple social relations, leading us to the study of contemporary society from the actual situation, but understanding it as the result of previous relations. So consumerism is no longer an isolated phenomenon, it becomes complex, crossed in various directions by social relations that determine and are determined by it. The intention is that the investigation of questions about creating needs in the computing market will contribute to expanding the debate on the issue of consumption in contemporary society.
