Item A centralidade dos afetos de medo e ódio na composição do discurso fascista(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2023-11-14) Ribeiro, Anna Karla Cintra; Roure, Susie Amâncio Gonçalves de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2796807492405078; Roure, Susie Amâncio Gonçalves de; Resende, Maria do Rosário Silva; Sampaio, Eloy San Carlo MaximoThis study aims to comprehend the affects that found contemporary society since its capitalist configuration. The logic of capital as the foundation of any possibility of satisfaction leads to models increasingly based on the sense of freedom as the ultimate reason for all fierce efforts in production processes. However, what can be seen in this format of society is just another perspective for the continuity of the discourse of domination, since, despite the illusion of freedom, the biggest beneficiary continues to be the owner of capital. Thus, this research begins with a historical-political and social elucidation on the establishment of capitalism as a dominant system, based on the discourse inscribed in it. In this sense, the comprehending that this discourse is determined as belonging to the fascist discourse, led to comprehending of the constitutive processes that hold fundamental marks based on identity constructions, just as in relationships with others. Psychoanalysis, with its conceptualization of terms such as narcissism and identity, proved to be a fundamental theorical basis in understanding the subject that emerges there, and a consistent way of coping by defending the end of a notion of the individual strictly focused on the interests of the Other. Along this path, it became necessary to delve deeper into the structures and demands of a selection of affections intertwined in fascist discourse as corresponding to both its sustenance and the genesis of identity in this social format. With this point, it arrived at the axis of elucidation of the fear and hatred’s affections as creators of modern society. As reflections of a melancholic dynamic, these affections support a fundamental fantasy of the loss of an imaginary object that sheds light on several movements of discrimination, extermination and dangerousness attributed to others, central mechanisms in fascist discourse.Item A genealogia do conceito de perversão na obra freudiana(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2024-06-26) Menezes, Kellen Cristiny Araujo; Santos, Altair José dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2734116381590215; Santos, Altair José dos; Sampaio, Eloy San Carlo Maximo; Roure, Susie Amâncio Gonçalves deThe present research has the general objective of establishing the genesis and development of the concept of perversion in Freud's work; and, as specific objectives, investigate the pre psychoanalytic notion of perversion, study the notion of perversion in Freud's first theory of the psychic apparatus and investigate the concept of perversion in Freud after 1920. In this sense, the research method in psychoanalysis is used , with a systematic approach in a bibliographic review to delimit the topic, data collection, analysis and synthesis of the information obtained. Thus, perversion initially starts from the medical-legal vision and constitutes, in Freud's work, three major moments, the first around the Three essays on the theory of sexuality of 1905, second around the text A child is beaten of 1919 and the third moment around the text Fetishism of 1927. It is then understood that psychoanalysis revolutionized, differentiating itself from the medicine of the time and understanding perversion as a clinical structure alongside neurosis and psychosis.Item A gênese do conceito de masoquismo e sua relação com a noção do feminino na teoria psicanalítica(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2024-07-31) Machado, Gabriela Batista; Santos, Altair José dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2734116381590215; Santos, Altair José dos; Lima, Priscilla Melo Ribeiro de; Souza, Elisabeth Cristina Landi de LimaThis work has investigated the origin of the masochism concept e its relation with the feminine view in psychoanalytical theory. The development of this concept is straightly associated with the XIX century writer Sachor Masoch and his main book Venus in Furs. This work published in 1890 describes the satisfaction involved in pain and humilliation. The masochism concept first came out as a category in medicine studies. Those were focused on clarifying the difference between the normal and acceptable sexual behaviours from the ones considered astray. Few years later, Freud considered that this masochism category belonged to the universal feature of human’s sexual behaviour. The concept’s development went through important changes in Freud’s theory, as it was first considered as a universal feature of sexual life and later developed to an important economic factor in psychic appliance. Freud noticed that social conventions had an important influence on women’s bodies and later concluded that women’s tough education made masochism something entirely feminine. With this observation, Freud criticizes the social and cultural context of the XIX century, that forced the repression of women’s agressiveness, leading the anger to themselves and creating the masochist tendencies, which is why Freud associated the masochism with the feminine. We can tell in Freud’s writtings a consistent elaboration on masochism, however, we cannot find the same kind of elaboration on the feminine concept. The gap left by Freud is filled by Lacan some years later, in a way that this feminine concept is not related to previous analysed masochism phenomenons. According to Lacan, what lacks in the feminine is the falic border, which is why the feminine condition can go way further when it comes to love giving, this condition, according to Lacan, is not represented by masochism, but by devastationItem A intensificação do sofrimento psíquico na pandemia: implicações para o processo de medicalização e da produção de subjetividade no campo da atenção básica(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2023-09-27) Lima, Wany Teixeira; Cassoli, Tiago; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3605178273280112; Cassoli, Tiago; Oliveira Neto, Pedro Adalberto Gomes de; Zanetti, Fernando LuizThe aim of this paper was to analyze the discourses and practices of the medical device in the pandemic facing mental health demands in the context of primary care. The research was based on documents such as scientific articles, dissertations, theses and other references published in databases, and the analysis was carried out using Foucault's genealogical historical perspective. In this research, two main sections have been developed, which were divided into two phases: 1) contemporary: mapping the normalizing function of the medical device in the pandemic in its disciplinary and control practices; 2) genealogical section between the 18th and 19th centuries: mapping and contextualizing the historical forces that cross the device in question to see how its developments converge in lines of knowledge, power and subjectivation in the contemporary. As a result, we found normalizing practices under the binary of normal versus pathological, presenting themselves as a phenomenon of medicalization, problematizing the place of psychology in relation to the processes presented, understanding new paradigms about scientific truth and the effects resulting from it.Item A maldade humana na obra Ensaio sobre a cegueira de José Saramago a partir de uma perspectiva psicanalítica(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2023-05-29) Santana, Marcos Celso Prado; Marques, Rodrigo Vieira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3984221131754417; Marques, Rodrigo Vieira; Abel, Marcos Chedid; Oliveira Neto, Pedro Adalberto Gomes deThe connection between psychoanalysis and literature is historical and advantageous, being present in both, in different ways and methods, the motivation in the description and the unveiling of the mysteries of the human soul. This research aims to carry out a freudian psychoanalytic investigation on human evilness from the novel Ensaio sobre a cegueira, investigating specific aspects of the broad spectrum that constitutes human evilness. The novel Ensaio sobre a cegueira, by José Saramago, based on the fictional account of an event in which unnamed characters lose their sight, offers us a portrait of humanity when deprived of one of its main senses and how much such loss modifies social relationships and society itself. Emphasis will be given to the psychoanalytical concepts of narcissism, masochism, sadism and death drive and their articulation with aggressiveness, cruelty and violence, observing their presence and development in Ensaio sobre a cegueira and its connection with question of human evilness.Item A perspectiva dos profissionais da Estratégia da Saúde da Família (ESF) sobre as experiências adversas no desenvolvimento infantil em Goiânia-GO(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2023-06-28) Mateus, Ana Cláudia; Costa, Luciane Ribeiro de Rezende Sucasas da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9906371509661305; Tavares, Naraiana de Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8113112565220386; Tavares, Naraiana de Oliveira; Costa, Luciane Ribeiro de Rezende Sucasas da; Brabatti, Larissa Polejack; Resende, Maria do Rosário SilvaThe present study addresses the issue of early childhood development, highlighting its importance and the relevance of Adverse Childhood Experiences (AEC) within this context. Psychology, when analyzing health, socio-historical and political aspects, recognizes the influence of EAIs on human development. The general objective of this work is to understand the routine of professionals from the Family Health Strategy Program (ESF) in relation to Adverse Experiences in Childhood (AIs) in their work environment at the Estrela D’Alva health unit and in the community served. The specific objective is to develop a conceptual matrix that addresses EAIs in the context of the Estrela D'Alva health unit, using Bronfenbrenner's Bioecological Theory of Human Development as a theoretical basis. To explore these experiences, interviews were conducted with professionals who work in the Family Health Strategy Program (ESF), at the health unit located in the Estrela D'Alva neighborhood, in Goiânia, Goiás. A semi-structured script was used during the interviews, in the in which 20 FHS professionals shared their routines, experiences and adverse experiences related to work, as well as their consequences for child development. Bardin's Content Analysis method was used, therefore in the light of qualitative reality. The results showed that the topics covered are closely linked to the reality of work in family health, situations of growth and development, the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on the vulnerabilities of early childhood and the precariousness of the physical structure of the health unit, in addition to of the overload faced by professionals. The final considerations highlight the limitations of the research and point to possibilities for monitoring and evaluating public health policies for early childhood, such as the importance of effective public policies, highlighting the need to monitor and evaluate such policies, considering the risk and protection factors for mental health at this crucial stage of life.Item A psicodinâmica do cardiopata em emergência a partir do TAT na psicanálise bioniana(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2024-10-04) Miguel, Geyssy Yorrana Canedo; Hur, Domenico Uhng; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9021644568209077; Hur, Domenico Uhng; Costa Neto, Sebastiao Benicio da; Lima, Priscilla Melo Ribeiro deThe objective of this study is to understand the psychodynamics of cardiac patients in the emergency context. Specific objectives included: understanding the patient's perception regarding their health condition and hospitalization; evoking elements of the subject's psychodynamics; investigating possible signs of a failure in the capacity to integrate sensory impressions and emotions into thinkable models; and exploring a possible predominance of primary processes and psychotic personality traits over secondary processes and non-psychotic personality traits in the subject. The methodology involved a theoretical study of Bion's work and an empirical procedure with purposive sampling, including eight patients from the cardiology ward of an emergency hospital in Goiânia. Participants were subjected to the Thematic Apperception Test (TAT), and their narratives were analyzed using Bion's conceptual framework. Two modes of functioning emerged: first, denial and refusal to engage with important and challenging themes; second, a latent expression of emotions such as sadness, loneliness, and proximity to death. The findings highlight the need to address the denial present in these patients from the onset of the illness and to implement practices aimed at reducing anxiety, providing support, and offering containment.Item Ações afirmativas na UFG: Psicologia para mudança e fortalecimento de minorias sociais(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2017-03-02) Palla, Amanda Cristina Fonseca; Hur, Domenico Uhng; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9021644568209077; Hur, Domenico Uhng; Lacerda Junior, Fernando; Castanho, Pablo de Carvalho GodoyThe higher education in Brazil has been gone through a process of modification throughout the last decade. It is mainly because of the intensification of affirmative action’s programs, which brings with itself initiatives for the democratization of the higher education access and permanence. There was a transformation on Brazilian public universities picture of students and currently 50% of the vacancies are intended for quota holders’ students, including low income, black, indigenous and quilombolas students. This new scenario generates questions about how the permanence and experience of these students will give itself in an environment where prejudices and society’s oppression are still reproduced. On this matter, we propose a research of empirical character, which investigates affirmative actions’ problems in Federal University of Goiás, and how can psychology help on the permanence of these social minorities’ students. Therefore, Pichon-Rivière’s theory and technique were used, highlighting the operative group device as intervention in this work, which has as general goal analyze the speech of those students who participated of the intervention to investigate if the operative group’s device assists on the process of empowerment of students. Those groups’ analysis made it possible to develop categories that reveal difficulties that influence the non-permanence of students as well as the group’s constructive character for the awareness and fortification. Finally, we verified the importance of thinking in students’ assistance that goes beyond financial aid and welcomes students with their psychosocial demands. Therefore, there is a need to rethink a psychology with studies and intervention that helps with the change on student’s realities.Item Adolescer em condições de vulnerabilidade: uma escuta psicanalítica(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2022-09-08) Nascimento, Camila Nogueira do; Lima, Priscilla Melo Ribeiro de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5233347099900059; Amparo, Deise Matos do; Santos, Lívia Gomes dos; Lima, Priscilla Melo Ribeiro deThe present research involved the study of adolescents who carry the marks of social exclusion. Therefore, our general objective was to investigate the adolescence process of subjects in situations of social vulnerability from clinical listening of teenagers attended at the Study, Research and Extension in Adolescence Center [CEPEA] of the Faculty of Education of the Federal University of Goiás [ FE-UFG]. We started from the premise that each adolescent subject is a unique being, with its own identity that interacts with specific personal, family and social situations. We intended to explore studies on adolescence that refer to intrapersonal psychic aspects and the insertion of adolescents in society, both in the way they relate to others, and in relation to the identity and spaces that society gives them. The approach of this research was qualitative and used the concepts of psychoanalysis to carry out the case study procedure. The listening proposed by the methodology of this work was not reduced to merely listening to the narratives, but articulating the associations produced by the teenager assisted with the theory in order to try to understand the psychosocial processes that involve the adolescence of subjects in social vulnerability. Thus, we intended to build symbolic and discursive possibilities and networks of devices in which the subject could speak, through transference, and enable the emergence of a subject of desire, often in a whirlwind of words and feelings, in a reconnection with the losses already experienced. Item Algumas considerações sobre sintoma e linguagem na psicanálise(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2021-09-01) Pelenz, Maria Lúcia Fank; Burgarelli, Cristóvão Giovani; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7094012821984177; Burgarelli, Cristóvão Giovani; Santos, Altair José dos; Machado, Alan OliveiraThis work intends to delineate some articulations between the symptom and the language, according to the psychoanalytical framework. First, with Freud, we will take the symptom as a formation of the unconscious that is under the effect of the affect of anxiety and which has its meaning paired with desire and with the way the individual singularizes itself. Later, we will see, more precisely, how Lacan resumes this link between symptom and desire using the structure of language, more specifically, the laws of metaphor and metonymy, whose operation is homologous to what Freud, in his literal reading of the structure of dreams, called condensation and displacement. Finally, we will try to discuss that, beyond this signifying structure, the articulation between symptomatic repetitions and the inscription of a privileged signifier only acquires its value when considered in its jouissance dimension. In summary, by revisiting the foundations of psychoanalysis taking the symptom as the main issue, we intend to shed light on psychoanalytic theory and practice today. Item Amor patológico: uma investigação em relação ao gênero, crenças sobre o amor, apego e autoestima(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2021-09-03) Neves, Rodolfo Vilela; Hur, Domenico Uhng; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9021644568209077; Hur, Domenico Uhng; Zanini, Daniela Sacramento; Sophia, Eglacy Cristina; Santos, Lívia Gomes dosPathological love is defined by excessive and repetitive behaviors of providing care to the partner, with the need for the same for emotional stability. The present study aims to assess psychological factor about love relationships and pathological love and to compare men and women. It starts with a brief historical review of the formation of the concept of romantic love in the West, followed by a quantitative study that assesses pathological love and other psychological variables. In the latter case, a descriptive and cross-sectional study was carried out through an online questionnaire. The instruments used assess psychological and sociodemographic variables relevant to love and pathological love, such as attachment, gender roles, self-esteem and beliefs about love. The final sample consisted of 702 respondents (N= 702) and was collected from June to September 2020, the period corresponding to the first wave of COVID-19 in Brazil. The results show that there is a statistically significant correlation and prediction between pathological love, anxious attachment and self-esteem. Regarding pathological love factors, the regression analysis showed that self-esteem is the variable that most predicts self-sacrifice in love relationships. That is, lower levels of self-esteem increase self-sacrifice. In comparison between groups, men showed lower self-esteem and greater self-sacrifice in love relationships compared to women. There were no differences in prevalence in pathological love between men and women. Men and women with pathological love showed more similarities compared to those without pathological love.Item O amor romântico na sociedade capitalista e patriarcal: uma crítica feminista marxista(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2020-05-27) Braz, Isana Rodrigues; Lacerda Júnior, Fernando; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0864307656064852; Lacerda Júnior, Fernando; Mendes, Lilian Marta Grisolio; Silva, Hugo Leonardo Fonseca daThe present theoretical research, aimed to investigate the relationship between romantic love and the patriarchy in capitalist society based on the theoretical framework of marxist feminism. We understand that patriarchy today is an integral part of capitalist society and not an autonomous system of rules and mechanisms that reproduce themselves. Patriarchy has its current roots in private property, in the sexual division of labor and in the consequent structural relationship of the home with the reproduction of capital. The family is an institution that has been transformed throughout the history of the development of production and social reproduction. With the consolidation of capitalism, the monogamous family emerges, which is characterized by its isolation and domesticity. It expresses the apparent antagonism between the spheres of production and social reproduction is constituted by the triangle: father, mother and children. The roles between the sexes are well defined: the father is the head and provider of the family and the woman, the wife and the dedicated mother. Romantic love is one of the ideologies that reinforces this family. It emerged in Europe at the end of the 19th century, with the consolidation of bourgeois society and the appearance of the possibility of an individual life independent of community life. The love relationship becomes exalted as a synonym for personal fulfillment and happiness. Romantic love propagates the ideas of love at first sight and sacrificial love. Regarding love, women are understood as more loving, emotional and responsible for promoting love and care in the home. We understand that romantic love fulfills the function of rectifying and legitimizing patriarchy and capitalism by reinforcing fixed and stereotyped roles for women who confine them to the sphere of private life and social reproduction, an important sphere for the maintenance of the capitalist mode of production and patriarchy.Item Análise do comportamento e marxismo: (im)possibilidades de diálogo(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2016-08-26) Castro, Thales Cavalcanti e; Lacerda Júnior, Fernando; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0864307656064852; Lacerda Júnior, Fernando; Santos, André Vieira dos; Boechat, Filipe Milagros; Heck, Elisa Tavares Sanabio; Souza, Tatiana Machiavelli CarmoThis study aimed to analyze the relationship between behavior analysis and Marxism questioning the foundations and concepts of social transformation present in the proposals of dialogue. The work had the following objectives: to identify the main concerns present in works that relate to behavior analysis and Marxism; the identification of the treatment given to both areas; the identification of the concepts of social transformation from the proposed link between Marxism and Behavior Analysis; the discussion of possible contributions and contradictions in the relationship between Behavior Analysis and Marxism. The research is a literature review that investigated 17 texts there was a dialogue between behavior analysis and Marxism or an attempt to expand one of these theories with other frameworks. The texts were categorized into five axes of analysis: 1) the fundamentals, 2) the definition of behaviorism, 3) definition of Marxism, 4) type of relationship and 5) concept of social transformation. The research reached the following results: there is no single conception of behaviorism and Marxism in the analyzed texts; in all text, Marxism appears only as a field of knowledge, i.e., aims to study the capitalist society; in half of them, Marxism appears also as a guide to action, with different meanings as critical to society, revolutionary design, as well as jobs that do not bring any conception of social transformation. These results can contribute to critical reflection on the limits and possibilities in the relationship between Behavior Analysis and Marxism in relation to efforts for human emancipation.Item A articulação entre as dimensões humanas na formação de professores para a educação básica no Brasil: a afetividade em questão(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2021-08-25) Souza, Anna Carime; Rodrigues, Anderson de Brito; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3108480037296614; Rodrigues, Anderson de Brito; Rodrigues, Divino de Jesus da Silva; Lacerda Júnior, Fernando; Barbosa, Ivone GarciaThis master thesis aims to understand how the issue of affectivity is being worked on the initial training of teachers for basic education in Brazil. Based on the dialectical method, this research is of a theoretical-bibliographic and qualitative nature. To understand the object of study, articles, theses and dissertations that problematized the discussion about affectivity in teacher education were analyzed. For the construction of the research, the dialogue with the French theorist Henri Wallon was fundamental, who studied the human being, presenting a theory of socio-historical-dialectic development that allows us to understand affectivity as a dimension of the person, which cannot be understood without looking at its totality, articulated with the cognitive and motor dimensions. The concept of affectivity is understood in this research from a wallonian perspective, a human dimension that includes emotions, feelings and passions, pleasant and unpleasant, constituted in the individual's relationship with the means and groups they lives with, and which involve human relationships and their formative processes, including teacher training. Currently in Brazil, this training is carried out in teacher education programs at universities and that is why we focus on these courses to understand if "the initial training of teachers for basic education contributes to boosting the articulation of the affetive dimension of the human being in the teaching-learning process". In our investigation we included 15 (fifteen) texts, which present researches published from 2015 to 2020, which deal with affectivity and initial teacher education and has undergraduate and teacher trainers as participants. In the results, we realized that, as much as researchers agree on the importance of affectivity for education, it is not theoretically debated in teacher education and is not always experienced in courses in a way that contributes to the learning of future teachers. Thus, teacher education programs cannot enable learning from a theoretical-practical basis that supports teachers in the articulation of affectivity and other human dimensions in the learning process, failing to perceive the human being as a complete person. It was also possible to verify that the affectivity that really contributes to teacher education can be seen in the educational relationships of teacher education, but also in the pedagogical choices of trainers, in their teaching posture and in the organizational structure of the programs.Item As forças da reabilitação psicossocial de usuários de álcool e outras drogas: um estudo cartográfico(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2019-03-12) Araújo, Jéssica Batista; Cassoli, Tiago; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3605178273280112; Cassoli, Tiago; Hur, Domenico Uhng; Macedo, João Paulo SalesThe following dissertation aims to map and analyze the psychosocial rehabilitation practices of alcohol and other drug users. The choice to prioritize psychosocial rehabilitation regarding the issue of drugs, in addition to the scarcity of studies focused on the theme, was due to the centrality that these have been assuming in the debates of public health, especially on the Brazilian psychiatric reform, becoming one time your focus of intervention and weakness. We searched in cartography, a method developed by Deleuze and Guattari, guidelines that guided us in the research process. I enter the field accompanying the daily life of a CAPS ad from the interior of Goiás, and recording the entire research process in a field diary. From the intercessors found in these field writings we weave three diagrams, decomposing their lines into each entry of this research: psychosocial rehabilitation diagram, the prohibition diagram and the anti-prohibition diagram. The psychosocial rehabilitation of alcohol users and other drugs, within a neoliberal discourse, focuses on the individuals for production of what Foucault calls human capital, that is, necessary skills, as well as emotional intelligence for the market. Just as they do the management of drug use practices, modulating the ways of feeling pleasure. However, because it is a device of flexible lines, there are also lines of subjectivation, which allow the invention of singular modes of existence, enabling an ethics of existence.Item As influências das práticas de gestão nas vivências de sofrimento no trabalho dos subordinados em um órgão do Poder Judiciário com atuação em Goiás(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2018-03-21) Pires, Camila Nobre Costa; Facas, Emílio Peres; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0677240696349106; Facas, Emílio Peres; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0677240696349106; Lima, Priscilla Melo Ribeiro de; Mendes, Ana MagnóliaThe labor organization affects the workers lives and appropriates of their subjectivity, not only in the company space, as in their qualification and personal life. In establishing the division of tasks and men for the execution of the activities, this organization establishes ways of performing the tasks and ways of control, which include the supervision and the hierarchy. In this process, managers occupy a prominent role, being responsible for planning, organizing, leading, executing and controlling. The way how they act in the organizations is not unique, it can vary between hetero-management forms to models more participative and collective. In view of the above, the objective of this study was to analyze the influence of management styles on the indicators of suffering in the subordinates work. This research used the theoretical referential of the work psychodynamics and consisted in a case study carried out with a sample of workers from a judiciary public organization operating in the state of Goiás. The study is quali-quantitative, having as instruments of data collection the Protocol for the Evaluation of Psychosocial Risks at Work (PROART) and a questionnaire about the management. The PROART proposes four scales: Scale of Prescribed Organization of Work, Scale of Management Style, Scale of Pathogenic Suffering at Work and Scale of Physical and Psychosocial Damages at Work. The quantitative data were submitted to descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results interpreted according to PROART guidelines, focusing on the comprehension of the management styles influences on the suffering in the work of subordinate laborers. The qualitative data were submitted to the Meaning Core Analysis (ANS). The research was carried out in a Judiciary Branch in the state of Goiás, from the universe of 540 servers stationed in courts and that did not hold management positions, 125 responded to the instrument during data collection. The results showed medium psychosocial risks for the following dimensions: tasks division; mental exhaustion and physical damages. The following dimensions were assessed as low risks: social division of labor; lack of meaning of work; lack of recognition; psychological damages and social damages. Regarding to the management style, the results point to a moderate presence of managerialist and collective characteristics. The regression analysis allowed to verify directly proportional relation among social division of labor (predictor) and collective style; managerialist style and social division of labor (predictors) and lack of recognition. In addition, the lack of recognition is characterized as a predictor of psychological damage, which shows that the consequences of management can extrapolate the suffering at work and culminate in illness. However, this experience is minimized due to the characteristics of the social division of labor, which presented satisfactory results in the sample researched.Item As inscrições corporais nos diagramas de forças de Deleuze e Guattari(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2018-03-27) Lima, Luciene Marques de; Hur, Domenico Uhng; http://buscatextual.cnpq.br/buscatextual/visualizacv.do?id=K4704546ZO; Hur, Domenico Uhng; Silva, Elisa Alves da; Cassoli, TiagoThis study aimed to know the force vectors of each power diagram to discuss the body inscriptions. The specific objectives were to identify the power diagrams through Deleuze and Guattari's Universal History; analyze the body inscriptions of each diagram; and examine vignettes / narratives of concrete cases as well as legislation and medical practices that express the body inscriptions of the disciplinary diagram and the control and axiomatic of capital. Through research of theoretical he knew the body inscriptions in the different historical formations, adopted the concepts of diagrams elaborated based on the works of Foucault, Deleuze and Guattari using the cartography for the bibliographical revision. We also discussed three concrete cases extracted from the media to elucidate the body of the capital axiomatics and the body inscriptions of the control diagram, which addressed the adaptations of physicians and patients to capital axiomatics, bariatric surgeries, and silicone implants. Primitive body inscriptions are the marks on the skin that guarantee communal life. The corporal inscriptions of sovereignty are the punishments and tortures imposed on the bodies. The corporal inscriptions of the discipline are the normalization and normalization of the bodies. The body's inscriptions of control are given through the axiomatic of capital that models bodies in the business logic of hypertrophy and continuous growth. The vignettes exemplified the bodily inscriptions of control and the tensions between the codes and the axiomatic of capital.Item Assédio moral como fenômeno do mundo contemporâneo do trabalho: revisão da produção brasileira nos últimos cinco anos(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2018-03-28) Oliveira, Laura Gomes de; Facas, Emílio Peres; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0677240696349106; Facas, Emilio Peres; Lacerda Júnior, Fernando; Freitas, Lêda Gonçalves deThe main objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between the phenomenon of moral harassment and the characteristics of the world of contemporary work.
