It begins with the understanding that these women, historically marginalized and silenced by colonialism and patriarchy, have taken on a leading role in spaces of power and activism—individually and collectively, both in person and online. Based on the Advocacy Coalition Framework (ACF) developed by Sabatier and Jenkins-Smith, the study seeks to understand how coalitions formed by Indigenous women and their organizations influence the political process, particularly in the formulation of public policies that address their demands, taking into account cultural, territorial, and ethnic specificities. The research follows a qualitative and interpretative approach, through document analysis and observation of Indigenous women's digital activism, as well as political and institutional manifestations, such as the Indigenous Women’s March, the parliamentary work of leaders like Sônia Guajajara, Joenia Wapichana, and Célia Xakriabá, and the actions of organizations such as Anmiga. The dissertation highlights that Indigenous women have been building a cohesive political subsystem grounded in the defense of the body-territory and have been able to insert their demands into the public agenda through strategies of mobilization, communication, and political advocacy.
