The primary objective of this study is to map and analyze the profound ideological shifts in her biography, tracing her path from a formative upbringing as a Catholic youth from a bourgeois family to her prominent role as a militant within the Brazilian Communist Party (PCB), and, subsequently, her departure from the party and return to her Catholic roots. To reconstruct this multifaceted trajectory, the research employs a methodology centered on the analysis of primary sources, with a systematic review of periodicals available in the Brazilian Digital Newspaper Library and a critical internal analysis of books published by the author herself.
