The research was conducted through structured interviews carried out online and in person with magistrates who have been in the bench for more than five years. The target audience was initially approached through the Presidency of the Court of Justice, and then in the secretariats and offices. The TJGO was chosen as the field of research because it is a court that stands out in terms of innovation and productivity, according to the Justice in Numbers Report produced by the CNJ. The data collected was analyzed using the IPA method (Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis), presented by Smith et al (2009), which allows us to evaluate a given phenomenon from the point of view of the interviewee's daily life. The study aims to contribute to an understanding of the magistrates' perception of the CNJ's recommendation regarding the use of the technique, as well as the insertion of innovations by the middle area in the court's end area. It also highlighted the limitations of using the technique, as well as the benefits gained by magistrates. The results show that magistrates are aware of the need for plain language, but do not see the Visual Law technique as usual or feasible at the moment, especially given the volume of cases being processed. However, they unanimously see it as being present in the courts in the medium-term future. Through this research, we hope to build a solid foundation for understanding the role of Visual Law in the Goiás legal context and its potential to promote clearer, more accessible and effective communication between legal professionals and citizens.Acesso Abertohttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/Administração públicaAdministração da justiçaJudiciárioVisual lawPercepçãoJuízesMagistradosPublic administrationAdministration of JusticeJudiciaryPerceptionJudgesMagistratesCIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::ADMINISTRACAO::ADMINISTRACAO PUBLICAVisual law: um estudo de caso no tribunal de justiça do Estado de GoiásVisual law: a case study in the court of justice of the State of GoiásDissertação
