From a methodological standpoint, the intention is to approach the Critical Overcoming proposal, developed by the Authors Collective in 1992. This is a theoretical research that encompasses studies on alcohol and drug use and abuse in Brazil, as well as the main proposals addressing treatment and prevention. As a result, a document dealing with concepts related to the prevention of alcohol and drug use and abuse was developed to be discussed with the classes.
