On the other hand, much of the information available in the world is stored in relational databases. The main alternatives that allow consulting these sources of information are monolingual or require user interaction. The present study proposes a solution that allows a user without prior knowledge of schemas or query language, to access data in relational databases described by multilingual metadata, using keyword query technique. For this, the proposed method performs the pre-processing of the query, expanding and translating the terms that will be mapped to the metadata in the available languages, preserving the semantics intended by the user in the query.
