From the argumentative analysis of Ruth Amossy's discourse (AAD), the types of argument of Ingedore Koch and the characterizations on the controversy proposed by Marcelo Dascal, it was evaluated as the public debate has been around the issue. It was more specifically to investigate how the journalistic, legal and economic discourses operate in the context of the proposal and subsequent archive of Bill 2630/2020 in the House of Representatives, known as Fake News PEC. Corpus is made up of journalistic articles, official statements by the digital communication platforms and decisions of the Federal Supreme Court ministers who have expressed themselves on the attempted regulation and the operation of these platforms in the country.Acesso Abertohttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/Análise argumentativa do discursoFake newsLiberdade de expressãoPlataformas de comunicação digitalRegulaçãoArgumentative analysis of discourseFreedom of expressionDigital communication platformsRegulationCIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::COMUNICACAOA tensão entre a regulação das plataformas digitais e a liberdade de expressão no Brasil: uma análise discursivo-argumentativa envolvendo enunciados econômicos, jornalísticos e jurídicosThe tension between the regulation of digital platforms and freedom of expression in Brazil: a discursive-argumentative analysis involving economic, journalistic and legal statementsDissertação
