Inclusão de pessoas com deficiência e direito ao trabalho trabalho: uma análise sobre empregabilidade e ocupação no Brasil no ano de 2018 a 2021

Abstract

According to the National Health Program, 67.6% of people with disabilities do not have complete elementary school or education in 2019. This data reveals a series of violations of fundamental rights and guarantees for this group, from education to access to the formal labor market in view of this reality. The present work aims to analyze the labor scenario and the difficulties that people with disabilities encounter in order to be inserted and qualified in the labor market, starting in 2019. In this sense, this qualitative and exploratory research was carried out through the bibliographic review; the historical overview of the evolution of norms and moral and technical understandings about PCD in Brazil, in a dialectical perspective; and, finally, a critical and reflective analysis of the central laws and the realization of the right to work for this population. As a result, we draw a historical and normative panorama that allows us to understand how people with disabilities can be inserted and qualified for the Brazilian labor market.
