Município, cidade, parque: uma proposta de requalificação do lago Primavera na cidade de Itaberaí

Abstract

The present work has as main objective the requalification of Lake Primavera in the municipality of Itaberaí-GO. It is a space of special interest in the landscape, with water as a protagonist, with expressions of vegetation inserted in a context of consolidated urbanization. It was diagnosed that the intervention area has great potential for revitalization, but it needs permanence spaces that will contribute to the use of the population and to local attractiveness. In this way, the project for the requalification of Lake Primavera together with the APP's zone (Permanent Preservation Areas) were conceived based on studies for the development of preliminary design guidelines such as: the recovery of the riparian forest of the APP's, the resettlement of areas close to the APP's, the creation of a sanitary sewage network and a rainwater drainage network and the implementation of institutional equipment that help in the provision of services to residents. In addition, for the design of the project, three different environmental scenarios were considered, in order to diagnose the context of the area and predict future situations. The current scenario is characterized by the way the area is located (consolidated zone with access roads and stream pollution), the trend scenario consists of silting up the watercourse and the recommended scenario in which possible solutions for improvement are foreseen. of the place that proposes to serve the entire urban area and population of the municipality. Therefore, the landscape in the midst of the urban environment, as well as the planning and management of public green areas, are the main points that support the project to requalify Lake Primavera.
