Resumo
The finding in hemipteia gut (family
Pyrrochoridae, genus Dysdercus)
of a flagellate, is described. It grows
in Ducrey, Roitman, Modified Roítman,
"LIT" and Chemically Defined
Media, at temperaturas of 25, 28 and
37°.C.
Promastigoti, lateromastigote (kinetoplast
Iat»ral to nucleous), esferomastigote
(round promastigote) and opisthomastigote
torms were Found Amastigotes
were present only in the first
examinations.
By lhe constant presence of promastigote
and opisthomastigote forms, were believe to have isolated a flagelláie
which belongs to the genus Herpctomfínas,
