Prováveis causas de diarreia em bezerros na bacia leiteira de Goiânia

Resumo

178 Calves with diarrhea were examined in 10 boroughs ragion of milk Producer, in order to study the relationship between helminths and coccidia to produce this manifestation. Parasitologícal and bacteriological tests were done. The parasitological tests were E. P. G. and Necropsy identification and Counting of Helminths, we observedthat: a) the íntensity of helminth infection was low: Coopera spp. - 633; Trichuris discolor 255; Haemoncus spp 237; Oesophagosíomum radiatum 125; Trichostrongylús axii 37; Bunostomun Phlebotomum 29; Agriostomun Wiyburgi 05; Strongyloides Papillosus 05; and Monizia expansa 01; b) from the count of e.p.g., there was a higher frequency of the genus Strongyloides. c) 12 calves of 178 have had an increased number of oocystis with trypical clinicai manisfestations. d) only four calves have had more than 500 e.p.g, of strongyle, which is oonsídered as an indication of patogenicity.
