Resumo
ln this work, the eftect of temperature ot incubatim on the vegetative growth, sporulation and morpholo9y of the colony of the fungus Cottetot4ichum go44YPi South. var. ceph! opolt.i.oirt Costa in substrate containing potato + dextrose + agar pH 5,6, was studied. 1he experimental design used was that of randornzed blocks, with temperatures varyng trom 12 to 33 degrees centigrades, at intervals of 3QC. It was concluded' that the temperature of 1ncubation notably atfects the vegetative growth, sporulation and morphology of the colony ot this fungus. Temperatures abone the pt!mum range caused greater changes in mycelial1 sporulation an morphology of the colony than temperatures below this range. Conidia produced at ll and 33QC were shown to be shorter than those in other treatments.
