Blood was collacted following that technique describe by JANNINI & JANNINI FILHO (l975) and hs thrombocytes counting done by Fonio's method describe by FERREIRA NETO et alii (1977).Tlhe authors observed an in crease in the thrombocyte numbar per cubic milimeter of blood with the increase in the animal's age. no observed by the authors consulted.
