Políticas públicas e reforma da educação superior no Brasil: impasses e perspectivas

Abstract

This article intends to analyze the basis and logic assertions in the Brazilian higher education policies and changes in the last decade, showing the most important impasses and the perspectives in each of the processes of reconfiguration of the higher education field. It also brings a discussion whether President Lula's government policies point to reaffirm or undo Fernando Henrique Cardoso's government reform.
