Influência de sucessão de culturas sobre características agronômicas do milho (Zea mays L.) em plantio direto

Abstract

Evoluated agronomic characteristics of corn in six crop sequences (corn-corn, soybean-corn, sunflower-corn, pearl millet-corn, sorghum-corn and pigeon pea-corn) under no-tillage for three years, in Rio Verde, Goiás State. Significance was observed by the test F for plant height, 100 grain weight and grain moisture. Pigeon pea, soybean, sunflower and pearl millet, resulted in taller corn plants. No statistical differences were found between crop sequences for corn grain yield and other characteristics.
