With this paper, we intend at discuss how the analysis on Patrick ́s Works analysis, Confesio and Epistola ad Milites Corotici, has contributed to the understanding of the process of christianization in Ireland. Furthermore, we intend to demonstrate that Patrick should be seen as one of the Fathers of the Christian Church
