Resumo
The neoliberal reforms inserted from 1990 determined the deepening of
the authocratic bourgeoisie character into the brazilian State. Even under democratic
form, it was set constitutionals changes that redefined the State structure narrowing its
organic links with the great capital interest, against the workers interest.
