Tratamento de corantes têxteis por degradação redutiva, reação de fenton, coagulação/floculação e filtração lenta

Resumo

In this work it was studied the degradation of the direct dye Optisal Yellow 2RL, through treatment reductive followed by Fenton reaction and coagulation/flocculation. The analytical tests were accomplished in a glass reactor with 2.0L volumetric capacity. Subsequently it was studied the slow filtration for mixture of textile dyes, the slow filter consisted of a cylindrical tube of polyvinyl chloride with height of 65.0 cm and diameter of 14.5 cm. For the reductive degradation and Fenton reaction followed by coagulation/flocculação the main results were: Removals of 75.26% of the organic matter (COD) and 90.63% of color. In the study of the technology slow filtration the main results found for the treatment of mixture of textile dyes, they were: Removals of 72,00% of COD and 91,00% of color. It was possible to conclude that the proposed treatments were demonstrated efficient in the degradation of the organic matter being accessible and of low cost.
