Resumo
Some authors and even the media have defened the possibility of an interactive and cross communication bv way of computer network systems. A hyper-textual structure of these "infovias" (computer information ••hanels) alíows a decentralization of the classical flood of information sender/receiver. Contradiciing this technological "autonomy", we choose a way that doesn't separate technology with society, but rather admits multiple interventions between díffcrent domains.
