Resumo
Evidence of deterioration in the traditional teaching of geography have encouraged us to investigate
some possible actions within Pibid’s realm to inspire the creation and remodeling
of strategies for the teaching of school geography. By critically thinking about Pibid’s practices
and pedagogical conceptions, we aim to understand and interpret learning situations
in primary education as well as the influence it plays on geography teachers’ education. The
methodological pathway includes participating observation and teaching interventions, from
the reading of authors with strong experiences in teaching and teacher training programs.
Preliminary evaluations validate the methodological choices and allow furthering and refining
the outlined project.
