Resumo

This article consists on one of the chapters of a research developed at the Master Course of the Graduate Program in Education in Basic Education of the Center for Teaching and Applied Research Education (Cepae/UFG), which sought seizing opportunities, limits, actions and functions of the ESA Teacher Training - Educational Service of Specialized in Associat of Parents and Friends of Special (Apae). Contributions of knowledge philosophical eEthics training, identifying how they permeate the pedagogical practice of these teachers. To meet these objectives, were used the concepts of ethics, Kant, Defectology, in Vygotsky and the laws governing the Special Education in Brazil. Ethics, teacher training and inclusion are current issues and should be considered how they belong in the process of training and teaching practice, which requires attitudes, decisions and actions that have ethical implications. Those teachers indicated the ethical values present in their actions, highlighting the respect for differences, student, his family, culture and disability and the responsibility and commitment involved. Emphasizing, therefore, ethics as inclusion, in recognition of students as subjects made up of desires, needs, potentials and limits, and the non-appreciation of deficiency.
