Diagnóstico precoce e uso de dose única de metotrexato intra-amniótico na gravidez cervical - relato de caso

Resumo

The cervical pregnancy, despite the low incidence (0.1% of all ectopic pregnancies), represents a risk factor for pregnant women, especially if not diagnosed early. Its implementation in the cervical canal favors the framework of uncontrollable bleeding, as the pregnancy develops. As usual clinical bleeding is painless, the U.S. has proven to be a diagnostic factor of great importance, associated with that serial measurements of B-HCG, is not only allowing intervention before serious hemorrhagic, as has avoided more invasive diagnostic methods. In order to preserve fertility mother, conservative treatments have been targeted successfully.This paper reports a successful case of cervical ectopic pregnancy, whose treatment was based on the gestational sac puncture and intra-amniotic methotrexate (50mg), guided by TVUS in 9 weeks gestation. We saw emphasize the importance of early diagnosis and conservative treatment with low doses of chemotherapy, aiming rates dwindling of morbidity and mortality related to cervical pregnancy.
