Resumo
The present work aims to identify and analyze how it is presented and the treatment of football-related violence in public schools in the greater Goiânia, and for this, considered the aspects of social development of football and the main characteristics of violence linked to this typical sport. modern. This research is characterized as qualitative, being organized from a theoretical-bibliographical study on the subject, as well as a field study conducted in three public schools of the state network in Goiânia. For the purposes of the field research data, structured interviews were conducted with the Physical Education teachers and principals of these school units. From this, the understanding of schools is that the relationship between football and violence should not occur, but for a series of actions of subjects and social, there is still this relationship, including at school. Entering what surrounds this theme, the organized fans are not unanimously responsible for the school for this relationship. As a rule, objects that bind the identity of the club or fans are prohibited. Football-related violence is present mainly in competitions within the school, even in competitive activities in class. Physical education is presented as a source for dialogue with football-related violence, whether in or out of school. Thus, football-related violence is found within the school and it is up to her in conjunction with the Physical Education teacher to propose debates and reflection on the subject.
