Resumo
This paper aims to interpret the concepts of educational policies of teacher education in the
Decade of Education in Brazil in light of this Discourse Analysis in the academic literature. Presents a
qualitative methodological bias and lies in the theoretical field of discourse analysis, we seek to be
guided by a conception of discourse that could demonstrate the discursive objects, relations and the
place of appearance of a "new" process of teacher training in period of decade of Brazilian education
from 1997 to 2007. Through the concepts of subject, dialogism, genre, the relationship between
subject and other in Bakhtin (1993), the Orders of Discourse, the process of production, distribution
and consumption in Fairclough (2001), set out the formation of discourses and the constitution of
discursive formation in Foucault (2007), dialogues with the mapping rules on teacher training in
speeches refracted in the production regulations. The data analyzed in this research indicate that there
is a policy for the formation of a fellow-professional-teacher with a specific format and finished, but
there are actions and regulatory provisions that lead to a certain "teacher training".
