Resumo
This paper aims to promote a reflection about the resistence possibilities to biopower, a notion
that will be considered from the conception formulated by Michel Foucault. According to
the readings of the French philosopher’s work, the population is understood as action field
and the safety devices as instruments. From these guidelines, the problem of the tendency to
incitement of discourses of innovation is elaborated, articulated as a reaction to the problems
that contemporary society faces.
