Resumo

The formative process described in this work is focused on performative practices as ways of obtaining self knowledge. The main purpose of the research is to mediate different epistemologies with the experience of graduation in Dance. Searching the concepts of archetypes, collective unconscious, myth and ritual; a crossing with the narratives of the practices of the self as a way of insurgency as a teacher and artist. The tarot is used as a mechanism for investigating experiences with dance and scenic improvisation. This autoethnography, absorbed in field diaries and experiences mystics with the arcane of the tarot VIIII (9) – The Hermit, builds a methodology of prismatic dance that guides to the creative process of the star of the prism. As a result, there is creative expression through writing that has self-healing effects, given its ability to attribute meaning to beliefs and emotions in a poetic way. Writing, interrogating and interpreting oneself as a resource that integrates the cycles experienced using art as a catalyst. In order to contribute to the transpersonal field with the sharing of experiences that can help continuous self-construction.
