Resumo
The development of cities built the conflict between physical and human environment. Water in its multiple forms of expression, along with other natural elements, was dominated, hidden, polluted and geometrized in the urban context. Consequently, the natural water impacts have become a constant, especially in the State of Goiás. However, the waterways still remain a fundamental element in the construction of the landscape, in times of pandemic and consequently also in the post-pandemic scenario. The João Leite State Park Integral Conservation Unit (PEJoL) was established in 1993, when it was dismembered from the Altamiro de Moura Pacheco Park (PEAMP) for the implementation of the Ribeirão João Leite Reservoir (no 11.957/1993), both parks are are inserted within the João Leite Environmental Protection Area (APAJoL) in a sustainable use character, decreed by the State in December 2002, by law no 5.704. The Unit constitutes not only a key element in the public water supply system, but also a reserve of biodiversity from Cerratense in the Metropolitan Region of Goiânia -GO. However, due to the intensification of socio-environmental impacts in its springs and water courses, its water and ecological performance is threatened, in addition, it is noted that a large part of the population does not recognize its value as a natural good or uses it daily. The objective of this work is to rethink the design of the Park's landscape, starting from its waterways, ensuring not only the conservation of its biodiversity, but also the appropriation by the Goiás community.
