Representaciones de los bolivianos en los media brasileños: la cuestión del trabajo y las migraciones económicas en latinoamericana

Abstract

Análisis de contenido del material periodístico divulgado por las grandes emisoras de televisión de Brasil y en los sitios relacionados a ellas, relativo a la presencia de los bolivianos en situación irregular en Brasil y a su relación con la industria textil. El inicio de este análisis se da con el reportaje/denuncia sobre el uso de mano de obra boliviana ilegal por la marca española Zara. Discutimos estas cuestiones con base en el análisis cualitativo del material de los medios, teniendo como base la Lectura Crítica de los Medios, a partir de la propuesta del educador Paulo Freire y de las adaptaciones del método a la lectura de los Medios realizadas por Raquel Paiva.Analysis of content of journalistic material spread by the great television networks in Brazil and in the sites connected with these nets, regarding the presence of Bolivians in irregular situation in Brazil and their connections with the textile industry. The starting point of this analysis is the report / denunciation on the employment of illegal Bolivian labor force by the Spanish trademark Zara. We discuss these questions on the basis qualitative analysis of the media material (texts and images), from the point of view of Media Critical Reading Theory, as proposed by the educator Paulo Freire and the adaptations of media reading method carried out by Raquel Paiva
