Resumo
This research aims to create a smartphone application that helps workaholic individuals to have a better quality of life. Therefore, a combination of a research method – Design Science Research (DSR) – with a design method – Double Diamond was used. The data collection instruments used in the research method are a literature review and interview, and the design method tools are an interview, personas, prototype and feedback. The motivation of this study is related to the strong negative consequences of workaholism for the individual and people close to him, and the positive potential of graphic design in finding solutions to this theme. As a result, a high-fidelity prototype was created, with the proper use of UX/UI, which serves as a theoretical and practical basis for future researchers and that helps workaholics to live better.
