Resumo
company decision and the use of information in this process.From
the contest of the current Information Society together with the
changes resulting of the global indenpendence they result in changes
in the organization structure,in the acting forms,appearance of new
behaviours and countless changes in the general contest,being it in
the organization or market environment,the principal change
happens on the approach given by the companys to
information.Given the importance and magnetude of the taking
decisions for companys and the information sight as an strategic and
competitive element to feed smart decisions,makes relevant the
analysis of the present research. It was in use as methodology the
study of case,across the own instrumental field of the qualitative
reseach.It came to a conclusion of the importance of the process of
choises for the companys and in how the information acts during this
process.The companys that have the knowledge of working with this
two elements will have bigger chances in being more competitive,
smart and strategy in the market.
