Resumo
The communication plan presented in this work has its objective in the study of the State Labor Office (Secretaria de Estado do Trabalho — SET) organizational structure, targeting the detection of problems in the communication area and also to suggest actions to improve the Office's Communication Management job. The communication plan is intended to be adjusted to the needs and to the reality of the institution always attempting to maximize their services. Based on the bibliography we retook some essential concepts for a smooth work of a Communication Consultancy, which are used when proposing the plan to the State Labor Office. After that, we present a diagnosis of the Communication Management and then we point out some actions as a solution to the identified problems.
