Item Avaliação de eficiência do Programa Nacional de Habitação Urbana no combate ao déficit habitacional em Goiânia no período compreendido entre 2009 e 2019(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2022-02-17) Abrão, Frederico Leão; Costa, Andréa Abrahão; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2926748366855225; Costa, Andréa Abrahão; Motta, Fabrício Macedo; Amaral, Cláudia Tannus Gurgel doThe research objective of this dissertation is the evaluation of the efficiency of the National Urban Housing Program (NUHP) in the fight against the housing deficit in Goiânia between 2009 and 2019. Through bibliographic and documentary analysis, the first chapter addresses the evolution of the concept of the right to housing at the international level, the process that led to its constitutionalization in Brazil and the Minha Casa, Minha Vida Program. Are presented the legal contours of this public policy, as subprograms, service groups, funding sources, applied methodology, guidelines and requirements related to the projects to be developed. Then, it enters the Brazilian housing scenario through the concepts and methods officially used to measure the shortage and stock of housing in the country, being demonstrated in tables and graphs, prepared based on data obtained from secondary sources, the characteristics of the housing deficit in Brazil and Goiânia. The second chapter also provides information related to sectorial indicators and the housing production of the NUHP in Goiânia and its metropolitan region, such as the number of housing units delivered, amounts invested and the location of projects aimed at families with a monthly income of up to 03 (three) minimum wage, which represent more than 90% of the total local housing deficit. It also deals with the adherence between the housing offer promoted by the Program and the lack of housing in the municipality, analyzed based on an indicator proposed by the research. In the third chapter, the evaluation of the NUHP 's efficiency is carried out, having as reference the concept of administrative efficiency adopted by ÁVILA (2019). The relationship between the components of the housing deficit and the delivery of housing by the Program in Goiânia is analyzed, as well as the presence of qualitative attributes in the built properties and, in the end, the regulatory problems identified. Based on the data collected, the work concludes that the NUHP was not efficient in combating the housing deficit in the municipality of Goiânia in the researched period and pointing as causes for the result obtained, regulatory problems that implied the majority allocation of resources to families that did not fit the components of the housing deficit. The use of offline techniques, that is, when there is no presence of new devices, is widely explored, but so far, systems are not found effectively using the detection of unknown devices in the online way, i.e. , one of the greatest potentials of this type of technique has not been investigated. This work presents an online system that differentiates authentic devices from intrusive devices. For this, the use of the probability matrix of classifiers is explored, aiming to identify unknown devices by them. In addition to the technique, it is also presented a system that features a modular, extensible and generic architecture, which aims to minimally interfere with the normal flow of an Internet of Things application. The system is implemented using the GNU Radio tool and experiments are presented, which aim to show the feasibility of the technique. The entire discussion is based on data collected from real environments, using devices from wireless communication technologies LoRa and ZigBee. In addition, the work analyzed data from WiFi technology, from collections found in the literature. Tests show that it is possible to identify unknown devices in the order of milliseconds, with a low error rate.Item Direitos humanos e desenvolvimento sustentável: análise dos impactos sobre as comunidades afetadas pela mineração em Goiás na perspectiva da agenda 2030(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2019-10-29) Abreu, Marden Reis de; Tibiriçá, Luciana Gonçalves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2316623937361550; Macêdo Filha, Maurides Batista de; Macedo Filha, Maurides Batista de; Tibiricá, Luciana Gonçalves; Corrêa, Edwiges Conceição Carvalho; Maniglia, ElisabeteThe objective of this study is to investigate whether mining activities, currently installed and in operation in the state of Goiás, in more than a decade (2005-2017), brought to the local community a significant increase in the quality of life, preservation of the environment and respect for human dignity. The main objective is to obtain an up-to-date and relevant image of economic development in the regions affected by mining, from the perspective of human rights and the UN Agenda 2030. The 17 sustainable development goals (ODS) offer opportunities for companies to contribute to the potential of the mining industry in a way that can be fully leveraged for sustainable development. In this sense, the debate on the exploration and depletion of natural resources in the territories dominated by the Yamanha Gold, Anglo America and Anglo Gold Ashanti companies and the sustainable alternatives of economic diversification during the process of operation and closure of the mines is deepened. The study works with the hypothesis that the economic dependence and environmental degradation generated by the activity can be avoided or reversed, provided that the mining activity is practiced in a conscious, planned and sustainable way. The methodology used will be the bibliographical research and fieldwork that will consist of the analysis of written, iconographic and oral documents (interviews). As a research method and the assumptions of Amartyha Sen, Joaquim Herrera Flores and Julio Marcelo Prieto, the political, economic, social and environmental impacts resulting from the mining activity in the municipalities of Alto Horizonte, Barro Alto-GO and Crixás are analyzed. It can be seen that the mining industries of Goiás have the opportunity and potential to contribute positively to all 17 ODS.Item Narrativas em áudio: análise de conteúdo de podcasts sobre autismo na podosfera brasileira(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2022-11-04) Abreu, Tiago Florencio de; Pavan, Ricardo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1247890099444160; Pavan, Ricardo; Temer, Ana Carolina Rocha Pessôa; Vencio, Ricardo Zorzetto NicolielloThis research aims to present the differences and similarities found between four Brazilian podcasts about autism — ABAcast, AspieGirl, AutismoCast and Introvertendo —, through a qualitative content analysis. The project arises from the observation about the existence of similarities between autism and communication, as ways of building meaning, and that, within the scope of podcast production, several minorities and segmented groups have been using podcasts as a form of expression. A content analysis was conducted, based on Sampaio and Lyncarião (2021), also based on Schreier (2012), to find statements about autism that could relate about this subject as a way of life and statements about interventions and therapies in the episodes in question, seeking to relate the dialogues with the literature on podcasting and the critical studies of autism. In conclusion, findings suggest that: neither autistic nor professionals completely distance themselves from a perception of autism based on diagnostic manuals and deficits; there’s a heterogeneity of experiences with autism according to the types of producers; most of the analyzed programs are part of a more amateur-type kind of production setup; and it’s not possible to categorically state whether the episodes in question help to understand what autism is.Item Wamreme - a revitalização da escrita da língua a'uwẽ uptabi(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2022-08-26) Abtsi'ré, Almir Henõrĩ; Borges, Mônica Veloso; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2060190094208263; Rezende, Tânia Ferreira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9438105037411040; Nascimento, André Marques do; Borges, Mônica Veloso; Rezende, Tânia Ferreira; Rubim, Altaci CorrêaNosotros, A'uwẽ Uptabi, pueblo Xavante para los no indígenas, necesitamos descubrir las riquezas que tenemos en nuestra cultura y ser conscientes de nuestra propia historia pasada y presente y nuestra responsabilidad hacia el futuro. Considering that access to natural resources is essential for the reproduction of life for fishermen and fisherwomen, I understand the problems they denounce as a threat to their way of life. The anguish provoked by such accusations led me to reflect on them and understand that they are, above all, territorial issues. In this way, I believe that the right to territory and the ways to fight for that territory are fundamental and urgent discussions. Thus, this work, the result of a master's research with the riverside population of Sangradouro Grande, located in the municipality of Januária (MG), intends to discuss the ways in which this community has been seeking to defend its territory. Something that happens, as I have seen, from its articulations with social movements and its processes of identity affirmation. As the relationship with the territory is constituted from work practices on the land, in the river and also from the historical relationship with the place, I sought to understand the territory claimed by the group. While dedicating myself to these surveys, I realized that there was a multiplicity of identities being affirmed and that it was necessary to take them all into account, as they had close relations with the territory claimed by the group. Among the identities announced by them were that of fisherman, vazanteiro, peasant, rural worker and also quilombola. The territory claimed by the group is based on the fact that they carry out activities that go beyond fishing itself. In addition to the river, for example, they need the banks of the river to plant their ebb, and they also need the upper part to make clearing and harvest wood for the construction of boats. As well as the multiplicity of identities, there was also a multiplicity of alternatives through which the group could organize itself and fight for the guarantee of the territory. As the process of affirming these identities, in the case of the residents of Sangradouro Grande, establishes relationships with different groups and institutions in the state, from this field experience it was possible to perceive the relationship between the struggle for rights, political organization and affirmation of identities. It is from this perception that this work is built. His aim is to show the relationship between rights, politics and identity.Item Do paraíso terrestre à Nova Akhetaton: misticismo e política na construção de Brasília (1955 – 1990)(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2021-12-20) Afiune, Pepita de Souza; Araújo, Alexandre Martins de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6195011167649888; Araújo, Alexandre Martins de; Caes, André Luiz; Reis, Marcelo Rodrigues dos; Silveira, João Paulo de Paula; Capel, Heloísa Selma FernandesThis study attempts to solve multiple and intricate phenomens that, historically, have been making Brasilia a mystical city. In it, it is possible to see how elements of a mystical nature engendered the policial plot of the history of the new Brazilian capital, with the writings of Dom Bosco, considered prophetic, the starting point of such mystical representations. A project considered audacious for its time, such as the construction of a new capital of an extensive country, migrating it to the interior of the territory, needed to legitimize itself. In this sense, the prophetic character of Don Bosco’s writings was preponderant, since Brazil in the fifties had a mostly catholic population, wich is whay the city had its spiritual baptism in 1957 under the mantle of the Catholic Church. During the research, it was possible to see that Juscelino Kubitschek maintained close relationships with several groups called mystics or esoterics, wich leads me to infer that the president outlined a more plural religious tendency than historiography has been able to show. To investigate this and other mystical phenomena involved in the construction of Brasilia, I concentrated my field research within four institutions present in the Federal District: Vale do Amanhecer, Legião da Boa Vontade, Maçonaria e Eubiose. These institutions, in particular, from the beginnings of the construction of Brasilia, continued to give materiality to the mystical character of the capital, also becoming importante tourist centers. Seeking to understand the mystical representations and images present in Brasilia from the sociological approach called “multiple modernities”, I recognize the religious character of modernity, less as an inhibitory factor of religious opportunities and more as a mechanism of potentiation and promotion of dialogues between tradition and new religiosities. Thus, this research seeks to trace, between the years 1955 to 1990, the contiguous presence of four historical landscapes in Brasilia: The first named Earthly Paradise; the second, the Promised Land; the third, the Capital of the Third Millennium; and the fourth, the New Akhetaton.Item Narrativas da terra: questão agrária e direito no regionalismo literário de Bernardo Élis(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2021-02-22) Agapito, Victor Hugo de Santana; Chehab, Isabelle Maria Campos Vasconcelos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7538653380771311; Chehab, Isabelle Maria Campos Vasconcelos; Maia, Claudio Lopes; Pinto, Cristiano Otávio Paixão AraújoIn the last decades, the Law and Literature current has been conquering more and more space in the Brazilian academic environment. Even though the works have taken shape and explored the most varied themes, investigations in the area of Agrarian Law continue to receive few academic reflections. In view of this and taking advantage of the importance and dimension of the work of the Goiano author Bernardo Élis, both for the national and regional literary scene, the present research intends to verify the possible contributions of his narratives to the construction of legal knowledge and how, through his stories, Law can be rethought in the Brazilian agrarian scenario. To this end, it made use of exploratory research carried out through a qualitative analysis of data collected primarily from an interdisciplinary bibliographic review and documentary consultation. The first chapter will discuss methodological precepts and propose a theoretical construction based on a critical hermeneutics, with emphasis on the reflections made by François Ost, Paul Ricoeur and Cornelius Castoriadis, directed to the constitution and institution of the legal imaginary, through the dialogic process between Law and Literature. Then, in the second chapter, an analysis will be made about the role of Literature in the most varied representations of the Brazilian Hinterland, particularly in Bernardinian narratives, and how it is possible, from them, to reconstruct, in fiction, the dilemmas and central legal issues that plague the backcountry reality. Finally, the literary work of Bernardo Élis will be analyzed, bringing a discussion directed, above all, to the aspects of Law dealt with in his works and the possible critical reflections that are - directly or indirectly - concerning them, having as main basis his literary writings. As stated, the research seeks to have Élis's own literature as an investigative reference and discussion axis, which delineates the paths to be traced and sets the tone of the theses presented, which are, at the same time, analyzed and grounded when bringing up the theorizations of great thinkers of Law and related areas, seeking to investigate the limits and possibilities of interface between the two disciplines from the creative capacity of fiction. To this end, the works of José de Souza Martins, N. Poulantzas, Décio Saes and E. P. Thompson are mainly visited, who have a lot to contribute to the debate in the legal field. Finally, it was concluded that the hypotheses initially raised - regarding the contribution of the writings of the literate in question to the construction of legal knowledge - were fully verified, developed and discussed, so that it is possible to confirm how much Bernardo Élis's literature, in this case, it is able to foster a new look at the Law and the agrarian question within the initially intended framework, revealing new nuances and horizons that had not been explored until then.Item A procura do eco na atividade turística em Terra Ronca (GO)(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2023-07-27) Aguiar Júnior, Paulo Roberto Ferreira de; Oliveira, Ivanilton José de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4172719252263913; Oliveira, Ivanilton José de; Moreira, Jorgeanny de Fátima Rodrigues; Chaveiro, Eguimar Felício; Castilho, Denis; Carvalho, Giselia LimaThe thesis aimed to investigate the lack of ecotourism activity in the Terra Ronca Integral Protection Conservation Unit (GO), which has the largest cave system in South America, and to understand why the activity does not meet the elements that would qualify the tourism activity carried out in its space as ecotourism. The methodology used included a case study in the conservation unit, literature review, data collection on websites such as the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE), technical visits, and questionnaires applied to people directly involved in the tourist activity in the Park. Geography is essential for the study of ecotourism in conservation units, especially when using systemic thinking to understand the relationships between the environment and society. The systemic approach considers the interdependence of the elements and processes that constitute a system, allowing for a broader and more integrated analysis of the ecosystem in question. The results indicated that the low participation of the local population, especially those directly involved in tourist activity, along with the advancement of degradation of the cerrado biome and the inefficiency of the state, are the main reasons for the lack of ecotourism activity in Terra Ronca. Based on these conclusions, the thesis contributed to expanding the discussion on ecotourism development in Brazil and to raising awareness about the importance of environmental preservation and the involvement of the local population in sustainable tourism activities. Item A linguagem oral e a constituição do conhecimento pela criança de cinco a seis anos no contexto da educação infantil(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2020-08-28) Aguiar, Ana Rogéria de; Barbosa, Ivone Garcia; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8032275045906128; Barbosa, Ivone Garcia; Melo, Keila Matida de; Silveira, Telma Aparecida Teles Martins; Rosa, Sandra Valéria LimontaThe present doctoral thesis entitled “Oral language and the process of constitution of knowledge by children aged five to six years in the context of Early Childhood Education” is a subproject of the research “Public policies and childhood education in Goiás: history, conceptions , projects and practices ”, which is carried out by the Center for Childhood Studies and Research and its Education in Different Contexts , from the Faculty of Education/UFG is also linked to the line of research Training, Teacher Professionalization and Educational Work, of the Graduate Program in Education, Faculty of Education, Federal University of Goiás. It had as research problem the investigation about the process of appropriation of oral language and the constitution of knowledge by children in the preschool context. To develop our research, we chose a qualitative methodology of data construction and used ethnography elements in the educational context. In order to establish coherence with the theoretical foundations that underlie this work, the developed methodological approach used the historical materialist approach to understand the real concrete and, in the face of existing contradictions, to be able to make the concrete-abstract-concrete relationship, as stated by Marx (2003). To understand the relationships of the object of study and its multiple determinations, we sought theorists from the socio-historical-dialectic perspective to develop our analyzes and discuss the relationship between thought and language, with the Soviet authors Vygotsky (2001), Bakhtin (2014) and Luria (1990) presented us with contributions to think of language as a constituent category of the human being, which is learned in the relationship with the other, which is essential in the process of appropriation of the knowledge historically constructed by humanity. Regarding the stages of conducting the research, these occurred in simultaneous and articulated ways, being an empirical stage (observation and participation), a bibliographic survey stage, document analysis, data analysis and writing of the thesis text. The field of realization of the empirical stage was a CMEI located in the municipality of Trindade-GO, in a preschool class with children from five to six years old. The theoretical dialogue we conducted pointed to the need to consider oral language as a category of knowledge that should be mediated and worked on intentionally by early childhood education institutions. In this sense, we affirm that the mastery of this knowledge, on the part of the teachers, becomes basic in the process of learning and development of the children.Item Influência de não linearidades física e geométrica no comportamento de placas retangulares(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2022-06-28) Aguiar, Daniella Maria Oliveira; Soares, Renata Machado; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1938664529309726; Soares, Renata Machado; Carvalho, Eulher Chaves; Silva, Frederico Martins Alves daThis work studies the influence of physical and geometric nonlinearities on the behavior of simply supported rectangular plates made of hyperelastic, isotropic, homogeneous, and incompressible material. In static analysis, geometrical nonlinearity is accounted for using two different theories to comparison - Novozhilov nonlinear theory and von Kármán nonlinear theory. The plate is under pressure loading that is described in two ways: distributed radial force (dead load) and displacement-dependent pressure (follower load or actual pressure). First the displacement field expansions are considered with three and twelve degrees of freedom, and then the Karhunen-Loève Method is applied to obtain a reduced order model. The pressuredisplacement responses are compared with those of other papers to validate the formulations. And, again using the pressure-displacement responses, the differences depending on the characteristics of the formulation employed are discussed and the solution obtained by the reduced order model is compared with the solution of the original system. In the dynamic analysis, the geometrical nonlinearity is described through von Kármán nonlinear theory, dead load pressure is applied, and the displacement field expansions are derived from the KarhunenLoève Method. The transverse frequency-displacement responses around various initial static configurations are examined. In both static and dynamic analyses, the physical nonlinearity is accounted for by the hyperelastic Neo-Hookean constitutive law, and the equations of motion are derived using Hamilton's Principle, the Rayleigh-Ritz method, and the local model method (MML). The Newton-Raphson method, adapted due to the MML, is used to solve the equations of motion. It is observed that the use of the reduced model gives satisfactory results and that the influence of nonlinearities, both physical and geometrical, are predominant when the plate is subjected to high amplitude displacements.Item Produção e caracterização de enzimas quitinolíticas produzidas pelo fungo Trichoderma asperellum e sua aplicação no biocontrole do carrapato Rhipicephalus microplus e do inseto Aedes aegypti(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2020-03-02) Aguiar, Jackeline de Paula Santana de Andrade; Monteiro, Caio Marcio de Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2496419306394657; Souza, Guilherme Rocha Lino de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1127532567066692; Lopes, Welber Daniel Zanetti; Campos, Ivan Torres Nicolau de; Souza, Guilherme Rocha Lino deChemical acaricides or insecticides are widely used to control pests or vectors of agricultural interest and public health worldwide. The molecules on the market have an average duration of a decade due to the genetic selection of resistant individuals. In addition, these chemical compounds can affect other living organisms, contributing to environmental pollution and contamination of products of animal or vegetable origin for human consumption. With options for chemical control of pests and parasites increasingly scarce, studies are described stimulating the search for alternative and effective control methods. The use of living organisms or products of their metabolism to control pests or diseases, whether obtained by genetic manipulation or not, are called biocontrol. Several studies demonstrate the use of fungi as alternative or auxiliary agents for vector control, with low environmental impact, easy application and degradation. As an example of these microorganisms, the fungus Trichoderma asperellum stands out. The genus Trichoderma corresponds to free-living fungi, mostly of asexual reproduction, found from temperate to tropical climates. These fungi are known for their capacity as biological control agents, against phytopathogens. This action can occur by the release of enzymes or other secondary metabolites. The objective of this work was to evaluate the potential use of the fungus Trichoderma asperellum grown on different carbon sources (commercial chitin (CWDE), external chitinous tegument of the tick Rhipicephalus microplus (T-CWDE) and Aedes aegypti (L-CWDE) larvae) , as an agent producing enzymes of the chitinylitic complex, for the biocontrol of the vectors Rhipicephalus microplus and Aedes aegypti. The fungus was grown in MEA medium and the spores, together with different chitinous sources, were added to the TLE medium and incubated for six days at a temperature of 38ºC. The crude extract, resulting from the induction by carbon sources, after undergoing the process of dialysis and lyophilization, was used to perform the biocarrapaticidogram and larvicide tests. The results showed that the T-CWDE and L-CWDE media showed greater activity against both the tick larvae Rhipicephalus microplus and L3 of Aedes aegypti compared to CWDE. The enzymatic action in the target vectors was also evidenced by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (MET), suggesting that the biotechnological strategy proposed in this work has the potential to be explored for the biocontrol of these vectors, given their viability and the likely benefits such as the generation of natural bioactive and biodegradable compounds compared to conventional pesticides.Item Variações fonológicas da língua A´uwẽ Uptabi (Xavante) na aldeia São Marcos(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2022-08-26) Aihé’édi, José Uratsé; Borges, Mônica Veloso; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2060190094208263; Borges, Mônica Veloso; Nascimento, André Marques do; Rubim, Altaci CorrêaThis study presents the existing phonological variations in the Xavante language – A'uwe Uptabi language, spoken in the village of São Marcos Ētēnho'repré, in Mato Grosso, which vary by region, but also by generation: speeches by children, young people and elders. I narrate my experience as a native researcher in the first person, describing my academic training, as well as the learning of the oral A’uwe Uptabi language by the Xavante people and the elders. The work proposed to document the speech of the elders. I used the speeches of elders, young people and children as sources in my research work and I tried to record these differences and the differences in pronunciation between regions and between men and women. I identified differences in the pronunciation of the A’uwe Uptabi language, comparing the language spoken by young people and the elderly. The methodology used was field research in the village of São Marcos Ētēnho'repré, with recording of interviews and dialogues, seeking to record variations in pronunciation between generations and also between men and women. I showed the differences between everyday language, the differences between everyday speech, and specialized language, such as the chants of ritual life, the borrowed forms of the Portuguese language used by the young, and the ancient words of the elderly. I wrote about the differences in the speeches of men and women, personal names and their meanings. In explanatory and comparative tables I showed these differences, in addition to words borrowed by Portuguese, which are phonological loans and semantic loans.Item As relações entre o Brasil e o Oriente Médio na fase inicial da Guerra Fria (1947-1957)(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2021-03-15) Alarcon, Danillo; Patti, Carlo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5828258601090620; Patti , Carlo; Moreli, Alexandre; Nazareno , Elias; Melis, Nicola; Farias, Rogério de SouzaThis thesis aims to investigate and comprehend the factors that constrained and motivated Brazil-Middle East relations - particularly with Israel, Iran, and Egypt - between 1947 and 1957. The central assumption is that the context of the Cold War was fundamental to guide and shape the Brazilian understanding of the region during those ten years. The Cold War is defined based on three elements: the ideological dispute between the capitalist and the communist models for development; bipolarity; and the fight against European colonialism, that reached its peak between the 1950s and 1960s. These elements characterize the specificities of international politics between the years 1946/47 to 1990. The study shows that the context and agendas of the period channeled the way in which a share of Brazilian political and economic elites, including the diplomatic apparatus, perceived the anti-colonial struggle in the Middle East, as they saw communist subversion in nationalism, reflecting Brazilian domestic issues. Other social groups associated the anti-imperialist struggle in those countries to what was going on in Brazil itself. Themes such as nationalization and the use of natural resources and economic development were familiar to Brazil, Egypt, Iran, and Israel, despite geographical distances. The research also reveals that, in addition to the importance of the Cold War, Brazilian Catholic religiosity and cultural considerations, often discriminatory in relation to Islam, were constant components that permeated the interpretations about the events in the Middle East. Those reflected more than just stereotypes about the countries and cultures of the region, but a diplomatic attitude that demonstrated a partial and biased knowledge of Brazil itself. This thesis seeks to fill a gap in the bibliography on Brazil's relations with the Middle East in the time frame that goes from the approval of the Palestinian Partition Plan in 1947, to the deployment of the forces of the “Batalhão Suez” in 1957. For that purpose, different sources were exploited. From the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil (MRE) in the Brasília archive, the official and confidential letters, and telegrams of the Brazilian legations in Cairo, Tel Aviv and Tehran are specially considered. From the country's printed media, material from “Tribuna da Imprensa”, “Ultima Hora”, “Imprensa Popular” and “Correio da Manhã”, among others, are used, appraising their ideological representativeness and historical importance. The latter are digitalized and made available by the “Hemeroteca Digital”, of “Fundação da Biblioteca Nacional”. Other documents available on-line are also used, including material from the series “Diário do Congresso Nacional”. The work is divided into six chapters, in addition to the Introduction and Conclusion.Item Da interpretação Bhk à teoria intuicionista dos tipos: a construção mental como conceito primitivo fundamental(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2022-03-31) Albernaz, Filipe Borges; Porto, André da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3598537464598916; Porto, André da Silva; Filho, Abilio Azambuja Rodrigues; Legris, Javier; Pereira, Luiz Carlos Pinheiro Dias; Queiroz, Ruy José Guerra Barretto deIn the midst of a dispute over philosophical foundations that has lasted for over a hundred years, the intuitionistic foundations of mathematics seems ever closer to being an alternative to classical foundation. Interpretation of fundamental and primitive notions and consequences for the interpretation of logical connectives are some of the issues to be addressed in this text, in a framework that intends to show the fundamental and primitive role of the notion of mental construction in Intuitionism, from Brouwer's proposal to Martin-Löf's Intuitionistic Type Theory. The discussion of particular aspects of the Martin-Löf’s proposal does not allow us to lose sight of the fact that it is essentially a formal system, universal, however, open, but also a language for the practice of intuitionist mathematics. These and other characteristics of Martin-Löf’s formal intuitionism needed to go beyond the definitions and concepts of Brouwer's original intuitionism, until then, considered as more speculative and impractical from a practical point of view. Precisely, the conceptual deepening of the Martin-Löf’s system brought light to intuitionism and make it unique and so important, not only for mathematics, but also for logic, philosophy and even for computation. With an adequate understanding of the Intuitionistic Type Theory, especially from the fundamental intuitionist interpretation of proofs as mental constructions, we have a more accurate measure of what intuitionism is about and its main consequences. Some of them dealt with in this work are the refusal of the law of excluded middle, the interpretation of notions such as “existence”, “construction”, “proposition” and “assertion”, in addition to the compulsory constructive character for formal mathematical proofs. In the specific case of the Martin-Löf’s system, we also discuss the ideas of truth and bivalence of propositions, primitive domains and propositional domains, essential for the system and distinct from classical conceptions, despite the terminological coincidence.Item Framework para transferência de unidades hospitalares: gerenciamento de projetos em um hospital universitário(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2021-08-12) Alcantara, Amanda Falcão; Almeida, Tiago dos Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4511815005060176; Fonseca, Marcelo Nunes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9285142449945121; Fonseca, Marcelo Nunes; Almeida, Tiago dos Santos; Severino, Maico Roris; Santos, Luciano CostaThis research aims to develop and apply a framework with the use of project management management in an issue related to organizational change / change within a health institution. In addition to identifying relevant authors, articles and journals on the topic studied in the literature. For this, bibliometric analysis is used to collect these data and the use of action research for the development and application of the method. The chosen institution was a university hospital in the process of transferring hospital units to a new hospital structure, a problem to be resolved is how to carry out a transfer without stopping the operation and guaranteeing the safe transfer of equipment and patients, in addition to committed employees. To carry out the transfer, it was necessary to carry out the planning, management, coordination and control of activities, in addition to the knowledge management of the parties involved. Given this scenario, the research question is the creation of a framework and its application in a hospital environment through project management options, which are traditional and agile, to observe the intervention of approaches in the results obtained in their intervention. It can be noted that in carrying out the planning, the use of agile approaches was essential, as it is unprecedented for all completed parts, the transfer of hospital units, establishing a scenario of uncertainties and instabilities, with constant need for scope changes during planning. In order to associate two distinct approaches to project management, a traditional approach starts from the final product of the planning, that is, no execution process, based on planning, but due to a worldwide pandemic caused by the new coronavirus there were several changes in the execution of the plan, however the planning helped in risk management and strengthening of communication with those affected and especially in contracting the outsourced company to carry out the transfer.Item Ciranda na arte, construindo performances, afetos e liminaridades. Experiências arte/educativas na rede pública do Estado de Goiás (2009-2016)(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2020-10-08) Alcantara, Luz Marina de; Camargo, Robson Corrêa de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9964594962008164; Camargo , Robson Corrêa de; Barbosa , Ana Mae; Koudela , Ingrid Dormien; Rizzi , Maria Christina; Reinato , Eduardo JoséThis study analyzes the performances of Ciranda da Arte Center of Study and Research, an institution of the State of Goiás, with no similar at the national level, founded on July 15th, 2005. Ciranda aims to develop a process of continuing education in art, focusing on artistic production, research and training of art/educators. Ciranda looks for updating and deepening knowledge that reverberates in the quality of art teaching in the system of state public school and the aesthetic education of society in general (PPP 2015). Therefore, we examine the historical path of art teaching in the public network of Goiás developed under the intervention of Ciranda da Arte, historically considering the eleven years before its creation and the eleven years that followed (1994-2016). As a theoretical framework, the performances were produced according to the concepts of affectivity and significant learning developed by the French philosopher and psychologist Henri Wallon (1879-1962), and also the American philosopher John Dewey (1859-1952). From the cultural performance perspective, the current study tries to understand the relational game of the ciranda performances as processes of structure, anti-structure and liminalities, concepts developed by Victor Turner (1920-1983) in his book The Ritual Process. Structure and Anti-structure (Lewis H. Morgan Lectures, 1966). I also adopted the sequence of artistic performance as it was developed by Richard Schechner (1934) for the analysis of the collective and individual art exhibitions of the full-time state schools in the cities of Anápolis, Goiânia, Inhumas and Palmeiras de Goiás.Item O extrativismo vegetal e a saga do baru (Dipteryx alata Vog.) em Sagarana - MG(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2020-03-05) Alcantara, Rebecca Silva; Ribeiro, Dinalva Donizete; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3182325621648634; Ribeiro, Dinalva Donizete; Gonçalves, Ricardo Júnior de Assis Fernandes; Abdala, Klaus de OliveiraPlant extractivism is one of the oldest activities practiced by mankind. Currently its practice by rural populations is based on the family workforce and has been encouraged by a variety of institutions. In the Cerrado Territory, among the various non-timber forest products that can be extracted, baru (Dipteryx alata Vog), a native species, has stood out due to its nutritional characteristics. In Vila de Sagarana, district of the municipality of Arinos located in the northwest of Minas Gerais, this product occurs in high concentrations and due to its market demand and availability of occurrence in the village, it has been gaining prominence among local residents due to income generation for families. Therefore, this research aims to understand the effects of the baru extractive circuit on social and environmental relations in the territory of Sagarana, among those involved in this activity of transforming baru into commodity. This is a qualitative study whose data analysis was based on the interpretation of information collected in the field, combining multiple theoretical and methodological perspectives, together with participatory methods. The actors of this circuit were delineated, namely: collection area owner, collector, the intermediary in the figure of wholesaler and wholesaler and finally gathered information from the final consumer through one of the intermediary agents. In addition to these identified subjects, it was noted that this activity generates socio-environmental conflicts in this territory, which are structured or maintained according to the private ownership of land tenure, the appropriation of natural resources and labor as factors of production and availability. of economic goods. Despite the problematic of this activity, it presents to the collectors a strategy of social reproduction, which evidences the peasants' (re) existence, making activities such as autonomy, knowledge exchange and establishing baru territoriality in Sagarana through its relationship with nature. and the other cultural dimensions.
