Resumo

The communication is dialogue, and is definitely something inherent in human life. It is intended, in this paper, sketch an analysis of how education and communication as human phenomena contribute to the construction of citizenship in the media society, full of technology. Throughout the text, it is a theoretical study on the contemporary society, their design, their possibilities and challenges. Wanted also understand the citizen of the world in the technology, media, as well as the issue of non-inclusion. Realize how is the concept of citizenship and human rights for humans, the media society, is key to citizen empowerment. Finally, it is interesting to note that communication, education and citizenship is an intrinsic relationship, a fine line that put them in different fields, but in the same level of importance in the lives of human beings. It is hoped that this analysis can provide new insights for guiding elements and point the way to the fields of Communication and Education.
