Resumo
Osteosarcoma is a mesenchymal high mortality tumor of dogs and men. Cytotoxicity assays employing tropical plants have been performed in order to identify possible active compounds able to inhibit neoplastic cells proliferation. The fruits from the Cerrado, Center-west Brazil’s diversity-rich, predominant vegetation, are well-known by the general public but very little is known about their pharmacological properties.
