Resumo

Organic farming is conquering ground in the global agricultural scenario. Given the interest and growth potential of this market, Brazil has developed an infrastructure, which will allow the contest for leadership in this very dynamic sector of the world market. When implemented organic cultivation of cane sugar, will be necessary to make itself a better understanding of the nutritional dynamics of this culture in order to base the procedures fertilization of sugarcane. Faced with this new situation of advance the sugarcane sector associated with organic agriculture, this research aimed to establish critical levels and DRIS norms for the culture of sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum) in commercial production areas of cane sugar organic in area of Goiatuba-GO. The study was conducted at the plant Goiasa in Goiatuba-GO. Soil and foliar samples were collected from organic sugarcane harvests in 2009/2010 and 2010/2011. The two years of collection totaled 128 points sampled in areas of plant cane. The data were tabulated, analyzed by the method of Critical Levels or Tracks Sufficiency, and the DRIS. The results demonstrate lack in researches that establish regional criteria of fertilization, such as the cultivation of cane sugar. Critical Levels and DRIS method showed differences between the diagnoses of disability and excess nutrients in the culture. The method DRIS indicated the need to monitor the application of vinasse and filter cake in the culture of cane sugar since the soil is with high contents of K and micronutrients Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn getting the order of limitation for excess in this area of Fe = Mn> pH> Cu> V%> Zn. The DRIS established regional criteria of sufficiency ranges for cycle plant cane for cane cultivation of organic sugar for the sheet variable. We observed that research in the area of fertility and fertilization of Cerrado soils can bring greater gains for the cultivation of cane sugar organic, either by increased production, by optimizing the use of organic inputs and the preservation of natural resources.
