Resumo

This work is part of the research line, Training, Teaching Professionalization and Educational Practices. It is a research, carried out based on the Materialist-Historical Dialectic method, on a qualitative approach and on a critical conception of education. The general objective of the research was to analyze and understand the process of formation and development of a research in Rede - Redecentro, and its influence in the formation of research professors. Its specific objectives were: to understand and critically analyze: the policies that guide the contemporary university and its repercussions on teacher training; The indissociability of the teaching-research-extension pillars as definers of the university and the contradictions evidenced in its practice in the contemporary world; And conceptions of hegemonic quality and social quality in Higher Education. Analyze and understand historically: the configuration of the Brazilian graduate; The current postgraduate structuring in the context of public policies in Brazil; The proposal and structure of Post-Graduate Programs in Education in the Center-West and its linkage with public policies for post-graduation. To understand the relation between formation, professionalization and teaching work under a pedagogical materialist-historical dialectic ideology; To reflect on the articulation of the Graduate Programs in Education with the process of training of research professors. Analyze and understand: the historicity of Redecentro, taking this experience as didactic training of researchers; The objectives, methodology, knowledge built, repercussions of the work in Network - Redecentro, highlighting aspects present in didactics for researchers; The articulation between work in Network, teacher training researchers, production of knowledge. The types of research chosen were bibliographic research and documentary research. The instruments used to collect and analyze the data were questionnaires, Redecentro documents and discourse analysis. The subjects of the research were 12 participants of Redecentro. We were able to synthesize that the participation in Redecentro's research is the training of research teachers in their theoretical, methodological, epistemological, ontological, political, and ideological dimensions. In addition, it makes it possible to reaffirm the commitment to the social relevance of teachers and their work, their ethical and political commitments, their commitment to the principles of emancipation of human subjects in historical society.
