Resumo

The purpose of this research is to study the State Military Police Schools of Goiás, specifically for its implementation process, which began in 1999 and intensified after 2013, by means of a Pedagogical Technical Cooperation Agreement signed between the State of Education, Culture and Sport and the Public Security Secretariat of Goiás, through the Military Police Education Command of this State. The research has as general objective to investigate the processes of implementation of Military Colleges, taking as a locus of research a State College of the Military Police of Goiás in Aparecida de Goiânia - which we take as our "case" to be studied - in the perspective of understanding the motivation of its origin, its implications and transformations occurred in the organization of pedagogical work after its implementation in 2015. The central problem can be presented as follows: What are the consequences of this model of "Military Management" for the training of subjects, the quality of education offered and the participation of the families in the process of monitoring the school life of the students attended in the Colleges managed by the Military Police of Goiás? The case study was the methodology used to conduct the research, which had as a locus a college in Aparecida de Goiás, whose military management was implemented from 2015. The data were collected through open and closed questionnaires applied to the students of our sample clipping - High School - and of open questionnaires applied to the parents / guardians and teachers of the same students of the research unit. Thus, the dissertation analyzes the insertion of the Military Police officers in the Goian educational field, their ways and their ways, and the consequent organized resistance movement by the organized civil society, for whom the growth of this Subsystem in the Goiás State Public Network is associated with the pretension of repression of education workers in this state and the exchange of political favors, that is, as an electoral currency. It problematizes the legitimacy of these Colleges and the ways of entering new students. Finally, it analyzes the progress of conservative thinking in the educational field, the process of elitizing public spaces and their relationship with the exclusion of low income families, as well as the intention of social, political and ideological control of students and teachers, in the Internal Rules of these Colleges.
