Resumo

This study aims to assess the development and production of pre-germinated seedlings of sugarcane under different treatment of sugarcane minirrebolos and develop a quality substrate, stable and low-cost for the production of sugarcane seedlings derived from byproducts of the sugar and alcohol industry. The experiments were conducted at the Agronomy School of the Federal University of Goiás (UFG-EA). The experiment with thiamethoxam and Vitavax-Thiram tested phytotonic effects of these materials. The treatments were applications with recommended doses of 200 ml a.i./Thiamethoxam solution and 300 ml a.i./Vitavax solution, below the recommended 100 ml a.i./Thiamethoxam solution and 150 ml a.i./Vitavax-Thiram solution and above the recommended 300 ml a.i./Thiamethoxam solution and 450 ml a.i./Vitavax-Thiram solution recommended by their respective manufacturers. These dosages were combined such that all possible interactions were. This experiment amounted to 16 treatments, 4 replicates and 4 plants per plot. The test used was the Scott-Knott for the response variables, in order to designate groups where treatments stood out. The data collection was 45 DAE. It is observed then that minirrebolos that were tratatos with that associated material or not, generated plants with force, and that the roots of sugarcane develop better with thiamethoxam action, associated or not. It is also observed that Thiamethoxam and Vitavax-Thiram not influence the stem diameter of seedlings during the nursery stage. The experiment with substrate was performed in the same experimental area and aimed to develop a byproducts substrate of the sugar and alcohol industry with quality and low cost for the production of pre-sprouted seedlings of sugarcane for production in clonal gardens, ensuring health quality needed for the clones. It was used by-products of the sugar and alcohol industry as isolated or associated treatments approximate the ideal mixtures indicated in physicochemical test by Normative Instruction 15, 16 and 17. This experiment included 12 treatments, 4 replicates and 4 plants per plot. The test used was the ScottKnott. Data collection was 45 DAE and the results conclude that any of the materials used in the experiment and can be used to produce seedlings. We also conclude that the coconut fiber as well as cost much more to the producer, does not bring any advantage, then, the ideal is to use materials already present in agribusinesses. Considering cost analysis for the production of pre-sprouted seedlings of sugar cane, we use the bagasse sugarcane, pie-tofilter and boiler ash.
