Os usos pedagógicos de jogos, brinquedos e brincadeiras na educação infantil: caminhos e possibilidades para a Educação Física

This study consists of a course conclusion work that problematized the pedagogical uses of games, toys and games, questioning the ways in which, in the schooling of small and very young children, School Physical Education has solved the dual function and role of the game, toy and play, which are celebrated either as a tool for teaching other knowledge and knowledge, or as content of body culture. The general objective of the study is to give rise to reflection and discussion about the appropriations that school physical education teachers have made of the theme games, toys and games. Methodologically, it is a bibliographic research that chose to approach the research problem from the perspective of researchers whose studies synthesize and deepen the knowledge about children's playful practices and their uses in Early Childhood Education, in particular, the elaborations of Kishimoto and Wajskop as well as authors from the field of physical education such as Eliana Ayub, Airton Negrine and Soares et all. At the end of the research, it is concluded that, although intensely appropriated by Physical Education teachers as a tool/resource for other purposes, it was also possible to identify the possibility of these education professionals choosing games and games as content of body culture.
