Surtos alimentares de origem bacteriana

Resumo

The foodborne diseases of bacterial origin also represent potential risk to public health, are related to important economic consequences for affected populations. Thus the knowledge of the epidemiological aspects involved, such as critical points in the chain of food processing, frequency of outbreaks, prevalence rates, socioeconomic, research methods and main etiological agents involved in cases of outbreaks of foodborne bacterial origin in different places on the planet, allows the evaluation and comparison of corrective measures, containment and prevention currently employed against such disease in different localities.
