Utilização de Silicea 12CH e Bioterápico Complexo 30CH na contagem de células somáticas em vacas leiteiras

Resumo

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of Silicea 12CH and Biotherapic complex in subclinical mastitis treatment in dairy cows. Twentysix dairy crossbred cows (Bos taurus) whom had subclinical mastitis identified by somatic cells count (SCC) were studied. The cows were randomly selected and divided in two groups: control and treatment group. The biotherapic complex was elaborated from the isolated microorganisms of milk samples taken from both experimental groups. The treated group received 15 drops of Silicea 12CH and 15 drops of Biotherapic 30CH, mixed with 50 grams of crystal sugar. The control group received 30 drops of placebo in 70% hydroalcoholic solution mixed later with 50 grams of crystal sugar. The medicines and the placebo were administered to each cow in an individual manner while daily milking for 90 days. SCC was determinate to all animals every fifteen days. It wasn’t observed significant difference (P>0.05) between the groups. The homeopathic medicines weren’t capable to induce a SCC reduction.
