Resumo
One hundred anel eight water samples were collected of instruments sterilizers in bovines slaughter room of two meat industries with S.1.F. in Goiânia-GO. The samples were microbiological analyzed in lhe Plate Count Ágar (P.C.A.) after there were collected in lhe beginning, half and ultimate stages of knock traveis. During lhe knock traveis the water temperature was measured at one hour intervals. showing variations that reached lower leveis permitted according the law. The results of microbiological analysis were not significant.
