Uso de acidificantes na nutrição de suínos

Resumo

Swine production is a greater production source of animal protein for human consumption, being the most consumed meat worldwide. The Brazil is the fourth largest producer of pork in the world stage, has been concerned with the use of antibiotics in production since the trend of importing countries reject this meat is meat produced with the use of these substances as in Europe. Thus the use of organic acids as a replacement to these antibiotics play a similar role as it has been shown in research presently developed, showing to be effective both as traditional antibiotics arises. Through this work we aim to review the use of acidifiers show as performance enhancers in pig diets.
