Resumo

This dissertation aims to analyze whether the entrepreneurship present in the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC) of High School and the Reform of High School (RHS) is a replacement of the understanding of labor training for work. Thus, the study addresses the understanding that is established in the RHS and BNCC of High School on employability and entrepreneurship. The general objective of the research is to analyze whether the use of the term entrepreneurship, present in these documents, is a replacement of the understanding of the training of labor for work. As specific objectives, the research proposes to: discuss neoliberalism and its relationship with education; discuss the new high school and identify the authors who participated in the preparation of the documents, in this case, the favorable and contrary ones; discuss the RHS; identify and analyze the understanding of entrepreneurship proposed in it; know the trajectory of this reform. The methodology used for the bibliographic research was qualitative and first a bibliographic survey was made on the website of the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations; later, in the annals of the Meetings of the National Association of PostUndergraduate and Research in Education (ANPEd), present on the site, involving the years 2011 to 2019. The search was conducted from the keywords: education and neoliberalism; education, work and employability. This path allowed us to better understand the theme, its changes and established relationships. For the debate on the approaches that crossed the object researched, were used as references: Antunes (2005, 2009, 2018), Frigotto (1998, 1999, 1984), Libâneo (2007), Harvey (2008), Laval (2004), Dardot and Laval (2016), Santomé (2003) and Freitas (2018). The research concluded that the concept of entrepreneurship, proposed by the BNCC of High School, not only assumes term changes, but brings with it conceptions of society, of man and a project of nation whose actions are oriented to the market. BNCC for High School and HSR defend an instrumentalized training, limited to developing skills and competencies to adapt the student to the realities of the world of work flexible, unstable, composed fragile labor relations.
