This study shows some caracteristics of the supplying of agricultural food products to the city of Goiânia trough the supermarkets and identify the origin of these products and the participation of producers and wholesalers in this supplying. We studied the 3 2 most consumed products and got informations from the 9 largest supermarkets in Goiânia. After an analysis on the data we were able observe the greater participation of the state of Goiás in the processing of products of vegetable origin. Toe realtion to those of arúmal origin, São Paulo is the greatest supplier. Another conclusion is that a system of direct purchase from the manufacturer predominates with little participation of the wholesalers with these products.
