Abstract

Even though Cidade Goiás is listed as a World Heritage Site by Unesco and has been the object of different research and publications, many of them of a historical and documentary nature, to this day, there is a great lack of maps and guides that can foster a tourist experience. in the City capable of recovering the daily life of an authentic Vilaboense from the “cracked foot”. Do Pé Rachado: affec- tive guide to landscape experiences to become an authentic Vilaboense is a different guide from the traditional ones, which goes beyond presenting the city of Goiás and its most common and recogni- zed places to tourists, but opening their eyes to affective landscape experiences with the spaces, inviting them to feel and enjoy the place in different ways, in the act of touching, smelling, tasting, looking, experiences that occur through all the senses. There is a special interest in places that are not always seen as “tourist”, but which are part of the life of those who have their roots in the city. Therefore, from a bibliographical review that deals with tourist guides and the city of Goiás and semi-structured interviews, cartographies and readings will be developed that will compose an af- fective guide that will have, in addition to historical, documentary and biographical information, proposals for experiences different, which will make it possible to discover or rediscover the daily lives of those who live in the City of Goiás, breaking the invisible barrier between tourist and resident and the stereotypes that make up the city's postcard.
