| dc.description.abstract | The thermic effect in evolutive cycle was studied in order to know the influence of temperature on development them and to be able to get information for auxiliar epidemiological vigilance. The mean duration of the evolutive cycle for males and females was 220,9 and 221,7 days at 25oC, and 181,0 and 180,0 days at 30oC. The experiments were performed in two biological chambers at 25±0,50C and 30 1OC, 70±5% of relative humidity and a 12 hours photoperiod. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | Estudou-se o efeito térmico no ciclo evolutivo de Tríatoma tibiamaculata (PINTO, 1926) para esclarecer a sua influência no desenvolvimento do triatomíneo e, assim, trazer informações que auxiliem no planejamento das ações de vigilância entomológica, nas regiões de ocorrência. À temperatura de 25°C, a duração média do ciclo evolutivo, para machos e fêmeas, foi, respectivamente, de 220,9 e de 221,7 dias e, de 181,0 e 180,0 dias a 30°C. Os experimentos foram realizados a 25±0,5°C e30±l,0°C,comumidadede 70±5%efotoperíodo de 12 horas. | pt_BR |
